item was a different colour to what was on the website .. I emailed customer service as soon as i received the item but had to wait 5 days for a response ! Given i’m based in Australia and so is the company this is unacceptable ! customer service is non existent so if you are looking for assistance you won’t get it .. the responses were also scripted and did not answer my questions ..

I was sent the wrong size sunglasses, the arm length of the site said it’s 14.5 but I got 14, I reached out to Customer Service last week and I’ve yet to hear anything back. I’d like to exchange to the 14.5 arm length without having to pay any return fees, etc.

After having a good experience before, I received the wrong item this time. Wrongly labeled online. Still waiting for the return fee to be refunded since this was the sellers fault.

The transaction was very easy. I appreciated the fast shipping and tracking information. And, most of all, I love the bag I bought!

Shipping / delivery process was transparent, and arrived from Italy to Australia very quickly with DHL.

Bought a pair of shoes, size recommended by the cettire size guide. Didn‘t fit, because the size guide was off. Overall price was around 200€, Cettire wanted to refund 150€ (200€ minus shipment), which is heavily unusual. Costumer service has a lag time of 4 days and is not able to take prior communication into consideration. Also told me the size guide can‘t be trusted. Bad overall experience. I won‘t buy there again.

Good communication with customer service, but no refund was issued since Oct 27.

Item arrived with security tag still attached. Took a lot of back and forth before they finally offered a 10% partial refund but now haven’t heard back on the payment despite chasing 3 times.
