I’ve received three beautiful dresses . Every dress is unique in its own way. One is for the beach, one is for a hot day, one is for a meeting, but you look feminine in each one . The color and style are exactly the same as in the photos. I like the fabric- it’s easy to wash and it dries quickly. The delivery was quick. I will definitely do more shopping in Cevaf.

Be careful buying from this company. If the size is wrong they will not give full refund or assist with this in any way. I spent 158.00 and they only want to refund 45.00. I even told them that I was going to post negative reviews on FB and Google and that all I wanted was a return shipping label and full refund. They do not care about their customers. All the items were too small and I did not want to exchange for bigger size. Be careful before ordering. Cevaf, I messaged you yesterday and told you I was going to start posting today....please make this right and I will delete my posts.

2 of the three outfits were exactly as described. The two dresses not much.
They are nothing like what’s on the description or photos.
One dress feels like Halloween costume fabric. It’s cute but very cheaply made. The other dress is SOOOOOO oddly long and not even close to the picture. Very thin. Like a summer romper dress

I needed to cancel an order worth 50£. I messaged them within 24 hours as the policy allows to cancel free of charge but they are not willing to refund me. I have to get a charge back from my bank. So much hassle. Never ever again

The bed $48 for the dress and $15 for delivery for a total of $63. The dress is not even worth $10. The quality is horrible. The fabric is paper thin and very cheap like. The stitches are even worse. It’s not at all like the picture my first time ordering, and I will not be back take your business elsewhere.

Refused to provide exchange or full refund for an item that was a completely different colour and shape than advertised. Despite me emailing multiple times about how this is illegal they just kept slightly upping their offer of a refund from $5 - eventually got less than half the value back as after 3 weeks I got sick of it. Which I am sure is there business model. Don't do it!!

Love the two items I received. Sizing is true. Fabric not what I thought it would be but still lovely.

Horrible experience, I bought two dresses that cost a little over 80 dollars and they were very cheap looking and doesn’t look like the pictures. When I emailed customer service and asked for a return slip I was offered a 30 dollar credit to buy something else. So no returns but they you can pay even more money for crap. Shein has better clothes than them🙄

Lovely dress! I have been looking at this dress for a long time but did not like the idea of buying from a retailer I did not know. I finally took the plunge and was not disappointed. Thank you!

I am disgusted that I could not return the items that didn't fit unless I did so at my own expense and I have been left with clothing that I cannot wear and for which they would only give me a partial refund.

The customer service is courteous. They do respond but they take a bit long. I would like a prompt response. The items arrived very well packed. The red sweater fit well but the yellow cardigan has droopy shoulders and the sleeves are long. I did not return for the shipping is not free. I would also like to go back to My Orders but I couldn't find it. Overall, my experience is good. I would buy again.

The item was of very poor quality material that looked cheap and shiny when worn.
The company refused to provide a refund, and when I persisted in asking for one, offered a paltry amount, roughly a third of the account I paid.

Bought a dress for my daughter and a sweater for me. They were true to size and looks just like the pictures. Will be a returning customer!
