In my first order they were adjusted to the shipping times ... the problem comes when of 4 things I ordered, 2 came without the original packaging (wrapped in bubble paper) although the items were in perfect condition (2 cassettes shimano xt) , until here all acceptable, until the problems come: a shimano button xt 11v. in the first use I notice that with the rain it is becoming less visible and I can not use the speed viewer for the water that enters it (bad luck that one came out with this defect) I speak with ChainReaction to solve it and they offer me to keep it together with a discount of approximately € 18 for my next purchase, which I do not accept, since what I want is for you to solve the problem of the viewfinder ... after a few days, your answer is that the product is not watertight and that the one that enters water inside the viewfinder is within normal ... upssss !!! and to hesitate a little more, they tell me that they do not accept pressure washing .... How ???? ... Not only do they take me for a fool, making me believe that it is normal for water to enter the viewfinder (which is already a tease) but also half accused me of washing it with water under pressure or something to justify the failure ... well, I tell you that they will sell bike parts but that of cyclists have very little. Fortunately I use paypal, intermedian, they give me the reason and I facilitate the return of the defective item ... now I wait for the return of the money. In short, everything ok until there is a problem. Here is my experience and that each one decides for himself.

En mi primer pedido se ajustaron a los tiempos de envío... el problema viene cuando de 4 cosas que pedí, 2 venían sin el embalaje original (envueltas en papel de burbujas) aunque los artículos estaban en perfectas condiciones (2 casettes shimano xt), hasta aquí todo aceptable, hasta que llagan los problemas: un pulsador de shimano xt 11v. en el primer uso noto que con la lluvia se va poniendo poco visible y no puedo usar el visor de las velocidades por el agua que le entra adentro (mala suerte que saliera uno con este defecto) hablo con ChainReaction para solucionarlo y me ofrecen quedármelo junto con un descuento de 18€ aproximadamente para mi próxima compra, lo cual no acepto, ya que lo que quiero es que me solucionen el problema del visor... al cabo de unos días, su respuesta es que el producto no es estanco y que el que entre agua dentro del visor está dentro de lo normal... upssss!!! y para vacilar un poco más, me dicen que no acepta el lavado a presión.... Cómo????... No solo me toman por tonto queriéndome hacer creer que es normal que entre agua en el visor (que ya es una tomadura de pelo) sino que además medio me acusan de lavarlo con agua a presión o algo así para justificar el fallo... pues nada, le digo que venderán piezas de bici pero que de ciclistas tienen bien poco. Afortunadamente recurro a paypal, intermedian, me dan la razón y me facilitar la devolución del artículo defectuoso... ahora espero la devolución del dinero. En resumen, todo ok hasta que hay algún problema. Aquí queda mi experiencia y que cada cual decida por si mism@.
