Excellent product! Fast shipping, even internationally! Would suggest, more wrapping for delivery since some areas can still come in contact with the box and be damaged.

The shipment has arrived a day before the deadline. The items are in good condition, the Abus board 6500 does not match the color of the image but works well. At the moment I am satisfied.

I should explain that we work with our couriers to make sure that final mile delivery is successful, so it is very rare for us to fail on our delivery promise. I have had a look into your case and I can see that the parcel was dispatched on the 15/02/17 and delivered on the 20/02/18. Also, you have been in contacted via email with one of our Spanish Customer Service agents regarding this delay.
I can assure you we listen to our customers and when something goes wrong we raise this with the department responsible in an effort to prevent a recurrence.

Helpful customer service.
I bought one crankset, one rear derailleur, one shift lever and I didn't know which bottom bracket I had to buy. I asked to customer service and they recommended me what I had to buy accordingly my bike specs.
The entire transaction was excellent in addition to a great communication.

Very poor srrvice
I was noticed that the delivery was going to be on thursday, but later I was called and said that it wasn't,it had to be on friday because the company didn't have route till Friday. I agreed to be at home at from 3.30 to 6 pm to receive the shipment,but I was called on friday at 11am because the carrier was at home and he wasn't going to come back at the time we agreed. I had to leave work office to go home and receive the shipment. Very poor service.
