Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially suggesting solutions for the unique work that I needed to have completed. This is my second project with champion and I have high confidence the job will be done well.

Champion promised our windows-over $34K worth in 4-6 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and nothing but diatribe from their installation manager who says the two bay windows are still in production. The "promise" date on these windows was 8/26/24 which would have been 6 weeks. Installation manager told me last week he would get the rest of the windows shipped so they could be installed..To date nothing..I had asked twice for the regional managers name, email, and phone number but was told he would get back with me-again so far nothing..Dealing with this company has been one of the biggest mistakes we have made and will never deal with them again.

Bron was very friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable and informed us of the process. Not pushy or overbearing which I appreciate. We have some champion windows already so we know we like the product but nice to have someone not try to oversell us.

Great experience working with Champion. Ryan was a great salesman and really took time to explain the process, costs, and work that would be done. He really individualized the service to our specific needs. In the end, we felt confident that we were being taken care of and being provided top notch service at a fair price. Great experience with a great product at a great price. We would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Salesman John Mitchell did a great job. Explained all the options and the demonstration of how the windows block heat was interesting. He worked with on the estimate and explained how the process works from installation to warranty.

So far everything has been perfect from scheduling to consultation. Camille Saleh is amazing!! In addition to showing and demonstrating the windows that I needed, he made sure that I was aware and understood all of the great benefits these windows provide. And in addition... his great personality made the consultation an enjoyable experience!

My experience with Champion was great. I set up an appointment for an estimate for my windows. Victor Ramirez helped me decide on which windows were best for my home. Let me tell you Victor knows his stuff! I asked him questions and he always had an answer for me. He even brought a sample window! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Did I also mention that he speaks Spanish! So if you know someone that needs a quote for doors or windows, he is your guy. Se habla español.

Great sales representative! Getting composite decking with PVC railing. Not to happy with the price. Just hoping and praying it all works out at the end.

The rep, Abed Lawabni, was prompt, informative, and personable. He helped us feel confident and secure in choosing Champion Windows and their product, especially given that it is a large expenditure.

Very educational experience!

I was kind of dreading having yet another salesman come to my house. Nathan is simply amazing. He communicated extremely well about everything and didn’t have the creepy car salesman vibe. He seriously understood everything I was saying and took the time to break things down so I can understand. The fact that he took his time and made sure I was comfortable, really made me feel like he was a God send. Even with his binder that he is very proud of, which is cute, I made fun of him a bit with it and his personality just went with it. I’m really excited to have new windows for my family and he understood the importance of needing a new window for my babies room. Nathan will be my window man from here on out. Thank you for putting this mommas mind at ease and making this a painless process. My family is very blessed.

The entire project has been a nightmare. Windows delivered 2.5 months late. Installed crooked. Clue and chalk all over them! Screen mesh loose and after they took them in for repair, i still don’t have them back after several weeks. Most importantly, the first rain storm and water is pouring in by the buckets! Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

Windows great. Love warranty. The guys who put them in did a fantastic job Jose and Jacob. Great guys informative after job complete. Made sure we knew how to open and close and lock. Made sure everything was clean including window. Clean up after themselves and couldn't have asked for a better crew.
