Chancellors sunningdale have been friendly and have tried to help us a lot with our referencing. We have had a lot of trouble using the canopy service whilst trying to sort out our property to rent, however chancellors themselves managed to help us with this and were able to contact them regarding the matter. Chelsea in particular was very helpful.

Found the property on the website, at very short notice we were able to view with ease. We met Chelsea fro. Sunningdale branch of Chancellors. Chelsea was very knowledgeable of the area, and answered all the questions we had regarding property and costs.
We made the decision to take the apartment, since then Chelsea has been amazing with dealing with all the paperwork and communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Chancellors and Chelsea very good service.

Completely professional from the off with a fantastic style that made us feel very relaxed when making one of the biggest purchases of our lives. Throughout the process, Paul has continued to support, answering our questions along the way.

The service I have received form Shannon Corrigan and Chelsea McGrath was excellent. Both ladies communication and people skills were outstanding. Shannon was really on top trying to find the perfect house for us, knowing well what we were looking for and contacting us as soon as the new property came up. Chelsea always was well prepared handing out masks and gloves, on time and very helpful and calm when we were visiting houses. Gave us a lot of time to view and was very patient with us.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Chelsea at the Sunningdale branch on 22nd and 24th February.

We don't normally write reviews but this was such an EXCEPTIONAL experience given an EXTREMELY DIFFICULT situation, as described below.

Scenario:
We handed our notice in as Tenants having found a 2 bed property to move into on the 22nd Feb with an agent in Egham.

Complication:
Upon arriving at the new property, unfortunately we found the 2 bed uninhabitable with black mould, filthy white goods and a mediocre effort at a self clean by the previous tenants, nevermind a ''professional clean'' as assured.
We made the decision not to move in, and agreed to cancel the tenancy with the landlord and agent.

Silver Lining:
This is where we were introduced to Chelsea at Chancellors in Sunningdale.
Chelsea took the time to really understand this difficult situation we found ourselves in, the tight timeframes we needed to adhere to when finding a property with only days left on our previous contract, and the nuances of our needs as a young professional couple!

Chelsea did one very specific thing that most the other agents we spoke to on Saturday failed to do, and one thing NONE of them did:
- Chelsea did exactly what she said she would do. Whether ''I'll call you at 2 with an update'' or ''i'll speak with the landlord about that specifically and come back to you by 4'', everything Chelsea promised she would do, she did!
The thing that really instigated this write up is that Chelsea took our situation (emergency scenario, requirements, wants and needs) and although providing one property exactly as specified she also took us to an additional property within one working day that we would never have chosen from listings, but actually resolved the scenario we found ourselves in and challenged to think outside the box in regards to what we actually ''needed''.
We have heard great things about Chancellors in the past from other tenants, but it was great to experience this first hand and see Chelsea flying the brand's flag

Russell Gooden in particular dealt with us in a professional and considerate way. This made a big difference as the purchase was difficult and protracted.
