Very impressed with the service. Connor messaged the day before to give me an idea of timings and arrived as advised. Super bubbly, helpful and respectful of disturbing me when in meetings .Very neat job and cleared up when done. Spent time explaining how everything worked and set up the app and made sure was working and I understood everything before he left.

Rock was great with the installation. Explained everything and workmanship was top notch. Thank you.

Poor Customer service: I called them and was left hearing a message about what a wonderful company they are for 5 minutes, the message being repeated non-stop. It's very difficult to concentrate on other work with this voice in the background. Music would be easier if they don't employ enough people to answer calls. Then I was asked (by the automated answering service) if I wanted someone to call me back within the next 24 hours. That was at least better than listening to the same message for another 5 or more minutes. It would have been good to have this option 3 minutes earlier.

Excellent service and install. Alex let us know when he was arriving, was an absolute joy and the install was completely quickly and professionally.

Great easy installation! Engineer Will came exactly at the time he said he would, easy stress free installation.
He set the app up before he left and made sure I had everything I needed & explained how everything worked

ChargedEV recently installed a new Hypervolt Home Pro 3. After the initial install we were facing some issues with the wireless connectivity to the charger. So decided to hard wire the charger into our home network. We booked a follow-up with ChargedEV for an installer to come out and connect the Ethernet cable to the charger. Rock, the installer came out on the afternoon of the day that we booked and after a bit of discussion connected the cable, all within an hour of arriving. Neat and tidy. Thanks ChargedEV and Rock!

Andrian kept me informed of his arrival time and was friendly and polite when onsite. He fixed our charger issue and showed the app setup. Very happy with the service received.

Had a great installation with Conor S - Fast and friendly service. ChargedEV customer support over the phone was very good - excellent communication, easy process to inspect the property over the phone to setup for the install.

My engineer named Rock arrived at exactly the time we were told and was very personable. He did a great job installing the EV charger. All work was shown to me before he left and was left looking very neat,tidy and smart.

Andrian delivered excellent service—quick, efficient, and clear every step of the way. He made sure to explain everything throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely gent called Connor, who firstly reminded me with a courtesy call and text which is amazing as menopausal.

He was extremely helpful, did the job quickly and efficiently and even said to call him if i have any problems. Amazing company and very efficient. Would highly recommend. And if you get lovely Connor, its an added bonus .

After the initial problems dealing with Charged EVs customers service, Connor came today to install the charger and completely turned my experience around. Very polite, considerate, helpful at explaining everything and kept the install extremely tidy. Please with the install and happy with Connors work and effort. He also kept me informed the day before of arrival times as well as on the day. Top guy, appreciate the friendly and easy experience.

Fantastic service. Younes was really polite and friendly, he installed the charger while I worked from home and kept me updated about when the power was to be turned off (was only off for about 10 mins). All completed to a very high standard, thank you.
