Fantastic customer service experience today in Charles Trywhitt Belfast store which deserves a call out, which unfortunately is not the case elsewhere.
My thanks to Reece - helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and quietly attentive. He sorted me out perfectly when I wasn’t even sure what I needed for my son. Service like this will ensure I am a repeat customer here.

Could not ask for better service. Had an issue that was nothing to do with this company as it was my fault & they helped me out even though they did not have to. Customer service is excellent. Cannot rate highly enough 20 out of 10.

For years now
For years now, I’ve been buying the vast majority of my shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt. In addition to the excellent quality, I really appreciate the modern cuts and the innovative designs of their printed shirts. Shipping is fast and always reliable. The customer service also offers a level of service that’s hard to find these days here in Germany.
I’ve bought at least 30–40 shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt by now, and they still look great.
And last but not least: there are occasional great sales during which you can experience the quality of the products for yourself without much risk.
I give this brand two thumbs up.

I was in contact with the company prior to making a purchase and the information that was provided was correct.
The quality of the fabric used in the undershirts is excellent. The craftsmanship in the sewing is top notch.
Coming from England the package takes several days to arrive.
All in all, a good undershirt and service were provided.

They never sent me the products
They never sent me the products. When I try to call them (the only way to contact them), they do not answer.
Update: no, you do not provide any email to contact - please see your How do I contact you -page. The live chat does not work. Your employee at store also advised that you do not have an email for enquiries, when I asked her if I could cancel the order where one item will be shipped in the middle of September - 2,5 MONTHS from the order. Also, I ordered the other products 2,5 weeks ago and they have not been shipped.

Great customer experience
My daughter’s wedding party visited the Oxford Circus branch after we made a quick booking on line.
Jimmy was fantastic, considering all 3 of us where completely different in size and shape, Jimmy got us all looking brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help on this important day.
The word dapper was used a lot! Great suits, great customer service and excellent cost.

I ordered four shirts
I ordered four shirts, unpacked them, and hung them in my wardrobe. I only tried them on about a week later and realized they were just a little too big. After more than two weeks, I decided to exchange them for one size smaller.
I returned the shirts without the original packaging or tags, and they exchanged them without any issues. The new size fits perfectly. Truly outstanding customer service—they’ve definitely earned my loyalty as a customer.
