Both in the handling and in the execution I was consulted and listened to. The job was handled swiftly and efficiently. The operative was courteous and friendly, and indefatigable in clearing up after each day of his work.

We were recommended to Charter Property Repairs to carryout the repairs to our property, following the damage from an escape of water and the drying out process.

Andy carried out a thorough survey, Lisa did a good job coordinating the trades required from CPR Head Office and Gary visited regularly to keep an eye on the works.

All the trades arrived as arranged, they were considerate and took care in completing their part of the job to a good standard. A special mention for Paul and Toby who did an excellent job on the floor and wall tiling and Chris whose excellent decorating skills have transformed the extension to our property.

The length of time it took to sort out & resolve all the issues, February 3rd to July 17th was unnecessarily long but the service received from Sonya was most excellent. Her communication was regular & comprehensive & despite dealing with a frustrated me at times she remained positive, polite & respectful.
Mark & the other fitters were equally great. They were all super polite, left everywhere clean & tidy & made sure I was happy with their work before they left.
My kitchen & flooring all looks good & despite the length of time it all took, I’m happy with the service I received from CPR.

Quality of their work was excellent and being very considerate whilst working in a very elderly persons home.

Charter Property Repairs from the start kept me informed as to what was going to happen and when.
I was given the date when David was going to arrive and when he arrived he introduced himself and then got on with the task of repairing my front garden fence which had been destroyed by a car.The work was completed in two days and a big thank you to David for his hard work.

CPR were very good. Sam in the office orchestrated everything perfectly and kept me informed. She was excellent. Ian the bricklayer and Mark and Chris the decorators were fantastic too. Very professional.

CPR were excellent in dealing with a water leak in our kitchen. All the staff were professional, friendly, helpful and reassuring during the long repair process.

Every person who came to our rescue and completed the necessary repairs carried out their respective trades to, in my opinion, one above 5 stars.

We recently had CPR attend our property to carry out repairs in connection with an under floor pipe burst, insurance claim. This involved drying, strip out, re flooring, decorating and some small plumbing works.

All the tradesmen that attended were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Toby the tiler, Tim the carpenter and Simon the decorator were all excellent and did a great job and were very respectful throughout. The other tradesmen were also very good but we had less time with them. Tradesmen alone would get 5 stars.

The reason for only 4 starts is that due to recent rapid expansion their attention to detail on the project management side sometimes faltered, this sometimes caused misunderstanding and frustration for the tradesmen turning up. However Sonya was very approachable and kept us informed throughout.

But I would recommend CPR if you have need for this kind of works.
