Despite long delays not caused by Charter, our works have been completed. Susan was great at coordinating the refit. Really happy with the finish. Staff were polite, considerate and friendly. Thanks go to the brilliant Zac the carpenter who was a perfectionist. Great job Zac thank you. To Spencer and all the other staff thank you, it’s now been worth the wait.

All of the team involved were very professional and polite throughout the process, absolutely nothing negative to say about the team. They kept us updated at each stage and carried out the work onsite exactly as planned with as little disruption as possible.

The work carried out CPR after a burst water pipe in our bathroom was undertaken by the most talented and professional team we have ever used. From organising the booking of the work to the separate trades that did the work we experienced the most punctual and professional team. They all gave the highest quality of service. We thank you all.

C.P.R. have recently carried out repairs after a burst pipe causing extensive damage to our hall and cloakroom. This entailed removing ceilings, some with asbestos, and plaster from walls. There was a period of drying out which was carried out by a seperate company which meant the work couldn't begin until drying had been completed.
I can't praise C.P.R. enough, they have been respectful, proffesional and once the program for the repairs had been set it went smoothly and on time.
I found we were always informed of any change and the team that carried out the repairs were experienced, proffesional tradesmen each taking pride in their work and were respectful and friendly. The house was always cleaned and tidied at the end of the day.

Great service! The office was in regular communication with me from the start and were always friendly and polite. The guys who did tje work for us as part of our insurance claim were, on the whole, friendly and professional. The work was completed to a very good standard and anything that we weren't completely happy with was rectified, immediately. On the whole the company were great to deal with and we would definitely recommend.

CPR made good after an underground leak and asbestos had been repaired in our house, involving several tradesmen - including a plumber, decorator, tile fitter and ground works.Their work was well coordinated and done to my, and my wife's complete satisfaction. They were cheerful, clean and tidy, and helpful, especially to my wife, who has major hearing problems. Well done.
