They stopped support and remote access to vps. I guess shop is closed. Pity I have payed for 1 more year access.
I think they've gone bust. No connection to server, no response to tickets from support and no response from emails. I am owed 1 year's subscription, looks like I've been robbed.
Shame, as I've been with them for about 5 years.
I have been with this company for about 10 years, Up to about a year ago, they were excellent. Recently, they have very poor customer service. I have opened 2 support tickets and emailed them twice. No response.
I have been UNABLE to access my VPS and EAs for 4 days now.
UNACCEPTABLE.
Pathetic. No support. Sent two emails to support and tech with no response. Paid for two years.
This is the worst company. They do not answer customers. Cheap-forex-vps.com has false testimonials. They take your money, and if you don't upgrade, they cancel your account without the whole term. It costs me $30 for two weeks.
They are ok but you get what you pay for. My VPS freezes with them once every 2-3 weeks, which is very bad from a forex VPS service. I'm paying for the Deluxe plan, which has a recommended terminal count of 5-10. I'm running 3 terminals, and they say I keep freezing, because it's too much. On a plan that recommends 5-10 terminals. They keep saying I need to look into my EAs, because that might be a problem. I'm running 2 EAs. If my subscription that theoretically enables 5-10 terminals, freezes at 3, just because I'm using 2 EAs, then it's a false advertisement.
They say I should upgrade. Yeah, sure. I will pay for a plan that allows 10-15 terminals, just to run my 3. :)

We are really sorry you stay unsatisfied. However, I would mention that we provide dedicated VPS resources and terminal count is just the approximate recommended amount, which strongly depends on resource usage.
For most customers, with some regular EA/MT settings approximate value of terminal count can be even exceeded. But in case used some powerful EA which overloads all available VPS CPU/Memory there are no left free available resources for other instances.
So the main metric for choosing a proper VPS plan is necessary memory/CPU resources for each of your terminal/ea instances. If you know that you can calculate the necessary amount of resources. If you don't know you can try with a lower one and upgrade if it is not enough for your purposes.
And last but not least I would mention all our customers have the option to try our service within 5 days after purchase and ask for a refund if it is not acceptable for your purposes due any reason.
