Purchased via eBay 3 Wise Men rope light set. Hermes had lost the package, called up their office and spoke with a lovely lady called Sandra who promptly arranged and replacement which has just arrived as promised. Unboxed and tested, working and look lovely. Will purchase again.

This company is absolutely second to none in customer service, I ordered an item that was held up at Yodel for over a week. I cannot stress how helpful they were in resolving my issue, literally responded to my messages within minutes, so thrilled with the item too, my lovely white wicker Xmas tree skirt, which was the best price I found. Would recommend to friends , family and indeed anyone. Thank you so very much , so refreshing to have this level of service.

Ordered with priority delivery, dispatch was on time but delivery was late (fault of Royal Mail) - response from firm was very quick and professional.
Very happy with resolution and will definitely use this firm again.

This is a fraud company as I lost money in ordering a chair. No response once money is remitted.

I bought a table from them through onbuy.com arrived damaged wood on top of the leg cracked and split and wood breaking away varnish still sticky and still is ts inferior workmanship it's obviously been put on when wood was wet it will never dry bits still white wood nit varnished told by onbuy.com have to take replacement. I refused wanted refund. Told I would have to pay for return which would be the same as the table cost . It's a breach of consumer rights citizen advice said damaged goods have to be uplifted at SELLERS COST !!! I'm contacting my bank tomorrow to ask them to get my refund if not I'm going to the sheriff court to take out a small claims action plus costs DO NOT BUY MUST BE FAKE REVIEWS

Had ordered a garden table and was delivered with the glass broken. Contacted the dealer via email about the product. Got reply to the emails very quick. They replaced the entire unit with a new one. Great service. Happy with them.

I was well impressed with Cheaper on Line. Originally they helped me with a supply problem which was corrected, this made me look at them when I required another item they sold.
I was very pleased when I received an email thanking me for coming back to them with another order - excellent customer service!!!

Awful Company - will not pay return postage for damaged or faulty goods. Do not use under any circumstances no matter how cheap an item seems. They seem very well practised at avoiding their responsibilities as a seller so please steer clear.

I bought some sun loungers from this company and because of lockdown, did not check them when they arrived last September 2020. I finally decided to use them and saw that one of the arms were damaged. I wrote to the company and although the loungers were out of warranty they send me a new arm to replace the damaged one at no extra cost. This was an act of kindness by this company and I would not hesitate to use them again. Great service.

After searching loads of sites for a 2-seater garden bench I found this site really by chance.
They had the type of bench I wanted, at a good, competitive price. I had got used to finding on other sites that at this point it would now take ages to deliver, but here it was 3-5 days, and no delivery charge.
After a couple of confirmation emails from the firm to say it was on it's way it sure enough arrived on a Friday from ordering that Tuesday.
Bench was as described, and soon after we'd built it and were using it.
Best online experience for ages.

Bought gazebo party tent for £29.95. Poor quality & poorly constructed. Guy rope loop detached after 1st day so cannot be secured. Cheaper Online Ltd will not send prepaid return label. Said their terms state that they would only do this if fault reported within 48 hours. I hadn’t even erected it then. Very disappointed & surprised. Would not recommend using this company.

Bought a 2 seat wooden bench. Dispatched almost immediately. Arrived way ahead of schedule (with due notice). Excellent product. Easy to assemble. Good communication with friendly, competent people. Would recommend.
