Bought a walk in greenhouse from these guy had great customer service would highly recommend

Original order delivered in good time. Delay in assembling and found 1 small part missing although it did not stop assembly process (my fault I should have checked properly when it was delivered) Once reported I was kept informed and the part was sent out very promptly.
Customer service excellent

Purchased a Love Seat last year, after a couple of months cracks appeard in one of the seats. Contacted the company and within two days they sent a replacement. Similar thing happened with the side arm. Once again within two days I received a replacement part. I can't praise the company any more than I have. Their customer relations are second to none.

Bought Christmas lights from them and they looked great, to begin with, they were nice and bright but after 2 days of being up, a big strip of lights failed.

I reported to the supplier Cheaper Online LTD, that they were faulty, and they agreed on a return. They then emailed me to tell me they received the product, they tested them, and they were working fine so they will not be issuing a refund.

What makes it even worse, they refused to return the product to me?!? Very questionable way of doing business.

Avoid Cheaper Online LTD at all costs! (Judging by other reviews this is not an isloted incident.

We're still waiting for a xmas tree ordered 29 November. No details of delivery and no contact about refunding tbe £60.
Certiainly wouldn't recommend buying from them directly after my experience.

My partner and I ordered an outdoor inflatable for our christmas decorations ( a big snowman ) .Not only was it exactly as described , it arrived promptly and the retailer kept us up to date with delivery progress .
It looks amazing in the garden and we would definitely buy again from them again.
they are able to supply items very quickly for a very small delivery charge as they are uk based unlike a lot of other suppliers .
To sum up ... EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY

Ordered a Sputnik light to hang in tree outside house and the product was just what I was looking for. Unfortunately when I plugged the adapter in, it did not work. I contacted Cheaper Online and they could not have been more helpful. They immediately sent a replacement which arrived the following day and works perfectly. The whole team was brilliant and kept sending emails to advise when the item had been sent and so professional. Highly recommended!

Selling obviously defective items, refuse to pay for return postage of large item, having to pursue through Amazon guarantee, avoid.

My christmas tree arrived in a couple of days- ahead of schedualled time. The delivery driver was helpful & curteous. The company themselves have been easy to contact & quickly answer any questions. Good customer service. I would shop with them again.

After being let down multiple times with delivery by another company we urgently needed a Christmas tree I looked everywhere but there where no decent ones we could get quickly. Then I came across a gorgeous Tree on ONBUY from CHEAPER ONLINE LTD I messaged COL to see if they could get it to us quickly, who where only more than happy to help and they came back to me straight away, very quick communication and service I had my tree within 2 days, the children are absolutely thrilled we can put our tree up this weekend! No stressing this week anymore. Thank you guys much appreciated, keep up the good work

She was worth waiting for and the online image doesn’t do her justice, the gold netting over her dress sparkles from the tree lights and she sit lovely on the top of my tree, not like that star I had to return.

Would definitely not recommend this web site. Seems absolutely fine if your product is perfect and is how described.
However if not and the need to return goods poor customer service Return postage deducted even though they agree to send returns label and agree the product is not as described.

Having dealt with this company several times I am very pleased with them. They despatch your orders very quickly and if there are any questions or queries they are quickly and easily resolved.

Garland has not arrived to date and ordered 2 weeks ago! When I emailed they said order could be delayed due to the Christmas rush and to wait a few more days - well a week later and still not arrived despite receiving other items from amazon and other companies (Screwfix) within a few days plus a delivery of a parcel from my best friend delivered a few days ago! I’ve since bought another item and they said to refuse delivery and it would be returned to them - well that would be great if it actually arrived in the first place! This is why I don’t usually order from random online companies whom I’ve never heard of!!! They also sent me a tracking number but said Royal Mail didn’t allow you to track delivery??!!! What’s the tracking number about then??! The tracking number wasn’t recognised on the Royal Mail site! AVOID!!

The garland and fairy lights arrived quickly and were a lot cheaper than elsewhere for exactly the same things. The customer service is excellent and I was informed throughout about the status of my order. I can definitely recommend.
