Very impressed with Cheapmowers. Their prices are good, delivery is quick and customer service is excellent. This was the first purchase with them and I shall make them my first stop on future purchases.

I bought some ego tools from them as they were the cheapest I could find. Delivery was fast and everything good. I’ve since asked them lots of questions and they’ve been so helpful, I needed a replacement strimmer head, they didn’t stick it but still helped me find the part number and locate one. They have the best customer service I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

I ordered a Cobra Trailer which arrived within the 2-3 day delivery slot. Unfortunately, the screws fixing the tub for travelling, had become loose during transit and subsequently enlarged and damaged the fixing holes themselves. Customer Services asked me to forward some photos of the problem. The next day arrangements were made to have the complete item replaced.
This was customer service at its best. The team were very courteous and helpful and I would certainly shop here again.

I recently bought from this company for the 1st time. I am very impressed, the items were delivered after 2 days from ordering.
I ordered a Hyundai electric lawn mower, and a Webb electric Strimmer. Haven't used the strimmer yet, but the mower is great, small and lightweight but does a great job of cutting my grass.

Ordered a mower Sunday 16th July,£194 on sale,paid for it got a confirmation email.
Monday 17th,no confirmation of next day delivery, emailed around 1pm,no response.
At 3.55 got a call,to inform me,they were out of stock.
But they had a similar mower,but more expensive £229.i asked if she could price match? No ,would you like me to cancel your order?
Told the lady,u was very unhappy,was put on hold,then told ,she could do it for £215,I said no,and would put a poor review on the Web,as I had wasted my time,and would have to wait for a refund( came promptly)to reorder elsewhere,she asked me, was i blackmailing her,which I certainly was not!! and then cancelled my order. Was offended by this,and disappointed with this company. Poor.com.and you reply,with slanderous comments. Listen to the phone call again.
So I order a lawn mower,which you failed to deliver,then I'm called a blackmailer,and threatened with legal proceedings. PATHETIC!!

Although communication has be continuous I would not recommend this company when buying bigger more expensive items. I bought a ride on mower which was delivered broken it was replaced quickly with a replacement. The replacement mower is sub standard, with many features not working. Brake does not work, gears are too hard to move from forward to reverse and mower cuts out going up a slight incline… I have tried to return the mower for the past 3 weeks and have been hit with issue after issue, and excuse after excuse, not least having to source my own pallets to pack mower onto otherwise company will not collect. I have had to pay an individual handy man to build a pallet to fit the mower and hire two men to lift the mower onto said pallet, all of which I find highly disagreeable.

Although I paid £2300 for this mower I would suggest paying a little more and buy from a reputable company with far better after care.

Update after companys reply: I stand by my review and I was told by your company to saw through the pallet to remove mower in the first instance, which I did, then was asked to source two more pallets and adapt them to fit the mower to be returned. I stated that communication was constant but I stand by the fact that your aftercare service falls very short of satisfactory and do not think my review is in any way unfair, just very honest, which I understand your company may not like or appreciate, but I can only review my experience, and to be honest things only moved positively after my review and not before.

Definitely a five star review for both Cheapmowers and Hyundai. Firstly Cheapmowers... by their very name you expect to buy your new mower cheaper than anywhere else which I did. More important however was the quick delivery I hoped for due to my existing lawnmower packing up right on top of the Easter holidays adding more haste, But Cheapmowers managed to give the best price, and next day delivery so everything was 100% perfect.

My purchase was a Hyundai HYM530SPE lawnmower with electric start and self-propelled which has been an absolute star so far, cutting my lawn much quicker than my previous mower.

So all-in-all everything was 100% perfect, best summarised as "Absolutely Superb!"

First used them some years ago for the purchase of a petrol mower. Never any issues with it and was impressed with their service. As the old mower was past it’s best I went back to them. Answered my call very quickly which is unusual nowadays. Good price which was bettered as they offered a price match. Polite and very helpful service plus good advice. Mower arrived the next day and is just the job! Very happy with them in every way. I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them. True 5 Star Service!

I bought the Oleo-Mac 5158 wheeled brush cutter mower and had some queries during sales and after sales. The people with whom I have had contact, both sales and technical support, have been very friendly, clear in their responses and, therefore, helpful. Not being a particularly technical person, they treated me with respect when answering possibly obvious questions if I had more technical know-how. Very good customer service.

I bought a Hyundai battery mower from Cheapmowers, it duly arrived but was faulty. The company immediately collected the faulty one and sent a replacement which worked wonderfully. I had also ordered a second battery which Angela managed to sort out for me.
I have no hesitation in recommending Cheapmowers as a company who go above and beyond to help their customers. Next time I need a mower I know where I'm going - Cheapmowers!

There was some delay in the delivery of my mower but I was kept informed of progress and it was delivered when stated.
I look on this as excellent service and very rare when dealing with other companies.
This company has a large stock range and very good prices. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Cobra petrol mower from cheapmowers.com. The mower unfortunately would not start. I contacted cheapmowers.com at 10:30pm at night and early the following morning I received a phone call from James who apologised for the inconvenience and explained what this issue was likely to be. He then forwarded me a couple of YouTube links explaining how to fix the likely problems. The first one of these worked perfectly and 5 minutes later the mower was running perfectly. Great service and how refreshing to receive a helpful telephone call in a timely manner.

I was misled by different photos of a ride on tractor with a superior deck and model being used in the first two images and got delivered a much more basic model. It took not 3 to 5 days delivery but almost 3 weeks and when I complained about being misled they said I should have read their small print. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP STRESSED AND WITH A DIFFERENT PRODUCT TO WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THE IMAGES !!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid

Recently purchased a petrol tiller from cheapmowers. There was a slight issue with delivery which I had to call customer service to resolve. They dealt with the issue promptly and proactively (calling me back when they said they would, and keeping me informed at all stages of the resolution). The tiller was delivered successfully today. This great example of customer service, combined with the fact this was the most reasonably priced tiller I could find to begin with, is an excellent overall shopping experience despite the minor hiccup!
