Cheap air us the worst I am trying to…

Cheap air us the worst I am trying to reschedule or push a flight back from 7/6 to 7/10. I brought a roubd trip ticket and instead of leaving 7/6, i want to leave 7/10. I already paid a round trip ticket coming vack on 7/17. Intold cheap air i want to cancel and get a credit for 7/6 and they said no if i dont take the flight on 7/6 and if i was to buy a ticket for 7/10 that my flight returning 7/17 is not valid although i paid for a round trip ticket. I will be stuck in another country as they are forcing me to buy another round trip ticket which they can not refund my tickets. Please dont get scammed from cheap air or you will ve stuxk in another country if you try to rebook a ticket through cheap air. There customer service sucks and you are talking to reps who are from india and who likes to liw and hang up on people. Do not buy from cheap air. Go directly to the airline if you need to reschedule. Do not reschedule with cheap air or you will be stuck in another country. Cheap.air is a scam!

I don't like how CheapOair makes it…

I don't like how CheapOair makes it hard to change days and times. Things happen and plans change and they have the nerve to say they would have to charge more to change the date. I purchased our flight way less than 24 hours and they still want to chop off a few arms just to make more money. You guys need to learn from Expedia. At least they have the flexibililty make changes with no hassle and keep customers happy.

Loyal

I have been using Priceline but I have used CheapOair few times to book national and international flight for my families. One the flight was cancelled by the airline but the CheapOair refund my money within few days whereas same thing happened with Priceline waiting for a month haven’t received it yet. I suggest CheapOair is trustworthy.

I have ordered vegan meal on flight through cheap air but Jal said they don’t have order vegan meal for me, what is your guy doing?

Couple day ago I have ordered from your guy vegan meal for my flight and your guy said ok to submit to JAL already, now on board Jal said they didn’t received any request vegan meal for me? What’s wrong? Your guy doing like shit for customers???

Don't take the chance, it'll cost you more than you think

I booked with them online. My itinerary was changed several times, including a few hours before my international flight was supposed to leave. I was unable to check in at the airline's counter due to a problem with the way it was booked by cheapo. I was on the phone with cheapo for 2 hours with someone whose accent was so bad I could barely understand them, and they had me on speakerphone. They told me to contact my travel agent, which I obviously didn't use. They got someone from the airline on conference call, and got into an argument (actually yelling) with the airline rep. Of course I missed my flight, and had to rebook my entire trip with the airline counter myself, at almost double what I already paid cheapo. The next flight didn't leave for another 8 hours, but at least I knew I would be on it. So I missed an entire day of travel, and it took 2 months to get my money back from cheapo. Never again.

The service and the responses of the travel agents made our trip a fairly relaxing one! Mr. Rubin Bello (and Ilaria) at the 25th st. office did ALL that was asked (like making sure our TSA numbers were listed on the tickets), and made us confident that our trip would be in good hands - it was!
