I like it good customer service

Alden, the agent I delt with was wonderful. I had gotten my flight times confused and he worked very hard to straighten everything out for me.

You guys keep it as plain as can be. No cramming in too much info. Also, I like how you make Affirm available visually enough to pick up on, yet not up in your face - y'know? I've used you guys a while now. I'm very happy with your services.

Website sucks. No confirmation if check-in worked. No boarding passes. Too many pop ups.

Rick made my trip planning very pleasant and is an extremely kind and caring person. I will say he went above and beyond helping me with my needs at a very difficult time for me. I look forward to planning my return trip talking to him again.Thank you again Rick 🙏🏻

We used this site many years for purchasing air tickets. Slowly through years service degraded and we will never use this site again and will not recommend our friends or anyone to use it. We accidentally misspelled one name (a letter in name) and one customer service rep informed us, we have to cancel tickets (total 3) for 250 dollars. They not help at all. When we tried to purchase second time and called with simple question, another customer service rep tried to get a percentage from our purchase, so not only he didn't helped, but tried to make our next purchased even harder. It looks like it operated by Indian company, all representatives sounds like that. No help, no customer service. Stay away from CheapOair. It is not cheap, not comfortable to communicate with reps. Not happy!

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars buying tickets from them. They have good prices and a solid website. But, God Forbid, you need their "customer service" and you will be talking to a bunch of non-responsive morons.

There was a problem with an airline reservation. Instead of resolving it, they asked me to contact the airline who in turn asked me to contact another airline who in turn asked me to contact Cheapair.

I reminded Cheapoair that I paid THEM the money so I should not have to be "shuttled" from one airline to the next.

With the threat of a lawsuit, the problem was resolved but we almost missed our flight.

GOOD PRICE FOR TICKT

I booked the hotel and until now, I havent received any confirmation by email or none whatsoever. I phoned the hotel and they said that my name is not even appearing on the hotel booking list. Is this a scam or what? Please let me know.

I have found CheapOair to be very user friendly, and at my age that is important. I regularly use them and have always been very satisfied with the choices and the prices.

This is the secound time using this "service".. App crashed multiple times unable to complete transaction for almost two hour. The bot kept sending me into repetitive dead end cycles over more than an hours time, suggesting different approaches from help menu that failed to work. Service app wouldn't allow transfer to live agent for half hour. At the end of just shy of two hours effort & multiple failed attempts, live text agent not interested in providing any meaningful help, nothing but excuses while denying any meaningful help!!! I finally accomplished confirming the booking, then started trying to figure out how to book my luggage. The app never prompted nor while searching was able to locate a functional link to book my suitcase. After multiple attempts i got one of the add on links to accept my luggage... after another half hour effort where the app again cycled.. Last time I use this company, it truly sucks!!!

first they show 2 checked bags after book flight there is only personal item

1 star is too high, if only there was a 0 star, that would be my rating.
I was trying to see when this flight was booked and by whom, just to get a bot that could not help and failed to connect me with a live agent multiple times.
Making a call right not to cancel this fraudulent booking!

⚠️⚠️ stay away from this people. They are definitely very bad customer service. Been almost more than a week trying to talk to supervisor, and they keep lying 2 hours or 4 hours, and no one will call back. After you make a payment definitely ticket will be charged from them and will be hard times to get what you need . I promise they are the worse people to deal with, and the people answering the phone they don’t listen to you .
