I have been using Cheapoair for years and am largely content with their service and pricing. It seems they have made a change this year for round-trip tickets - proposing outbound flights to choos... See more

They changed my flight and it doesn't get me to my destination early enough. Went to cancel and rebook but offered zero refund. Gave me the runaround on the phone for 90 minutes with bs customer service.
Plus the flight the cancelled is still on their site selling tickets. What a scam .
Never use them....

It's been pretty expensive lesson. I had to spend extra money to choose my seats anyway so I don't think really saved anything and I spent a lot of time trying to navigate between CheapOair and the multiple airlines trying to get our seats selected. The app is really clunky too - can't tell what's my travel info versus ads and other clickbait. I used CheapOair a long time ago and I remember saving a lot of money but I don't think I saved any this time.

Standard Bot reply. If you really wanted to verify my reservation or are truly concerned, you would have given information on how to contact you.
This was the worst airline travel booking experience I’ve ever had. PLEASE READ THEIR ERROR-RIDDEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION.
I found a good price online about 30 days before my trip and called to book the ticket. Within 5 minutes, the fare increased. I made the booking, received a price, and was told I’d get an email with flight confirmation and a call to pay. The email looked like a cut-and-paste from the airline’s website, very unofficial.
I called them several days later to confirm my reservation for myself and 8-year-old twins their first flight. Eve (the spawn of all things evil) assured me everything was in place, but the fare had increased...what? Ok, kinda stuck, I agreed to the increase less than 20 days before travel. This went on until about seven days before my departure date when I received an email stating my reservations were canceled due to “overbooking” and I’d receive a refund. Now, it’s wtf! There was no, "we're trying to rebook or help" never mind I had hotel reservations, pre-purchased amusement park tickets and more. If possible stay away from CheapOair, they bait and switch and are a complete scam.

I like to find many options to get my tickets at our convenience but, when I was choosing our seats the paid seats are so intrusive. I find myself paid for a seat that I don't really choose 🤷🏻♀️
