The website will randomly delete your bibliography even when you are signed on. Terrible website, do not use for creating citations.

Everything is AI now. No more textbook solutions. You ask for "Expert advice" they make you wait 3 hours and still give you an AI solution. Can't even contact customer service it's all AI. Do not waste your money.

AI integration with Chegg is much better than ChatGPT which gave me inaccurate answers.

The no refund policy is basically theft. Paid for an easy bib+ subscription for like 2 years without knowing it. They wouldn't even refund me for when I was in Navy Bootcamp and was paying for the service. Absolute garbage.

Customer service is terrible. The way subscriptions are setup as far as not being able to be refunded even when canceled and refund requested the same day it took place is absurd. Basically theft.

Horrible customer service. When I was notified of a charge by email for another month of service, I cancelled the subscription and requested the charge be refunded. I was told that the subscriptions are non-refundable even though the company was contacted less than 24 hours of the charge being made. They didn't care.

They removed textbook solution. This is perhaps the stupidest move they could every make.

Was a great tool for students, I was able to find walk-through's for questions i wasn't sure about and check my answers were correct. Then about 30 days ago, Jan 2025, without warning they removed all textbook solutions for their A.I. platform which is useless. Don't bother with using it.

Thieves!!!!! I had a subscription it was HORRIBLE! Answers were straight up WRONG!!!!!!! I canceled and they continued to charge me and when I filed a dispute with my credit card company I provided them with the cancelation PROOF!!! Somehow they lied and got my credit card company to agree with them and the charges were permitted. On top of that they were permitted TO CONTINUE CHARGING ME!!! You are lying thieves!!!! I have the proof of my cancelation. Realize it will cost you more to fight this then it will me. If you have been scammed by them too reach out to me I will be gathering that info to turn over to attorneys.

they pushed a ridiculous update and removed textbook solutions entirely. Previously, i could look up my textbook, and if available, get all the answers to the exercises in order, chapterwise. They have removed it entirely.

This is absolutely the worst scam on the internet. It used to be ok-ish back in 2019. Now? They have erased the human contact, now you get a very bad AI that replies to all your question instead. The answers are mostly wrong since their AI is also really bad (Chegg-standard). This is a scam simply put!

This is a very very bad page and it is not a tutoring help. Spend your money on another AI subscription.

Access to the solutions guide is no longer available as before. The new system doesn't adequately support potential students for solution guide. Please be aware that all previous solutions guides and manuals have been removed

FRAUD!!!! I've never bought from them and until a few days ago I didn't even know they existed. Chegg has tried to take payment from my card? Thank goodness for my bank stopping the transaction. How on earth did they got my card details? 😡

Chegg used to be a good place to go to get homework help and tutor help from trying to understand process development, specifically for math. However, my recent experience I just posted a very simple question that I’ve worked out and I just wanted confirmation/clarification I was doing it right and I paid for the service, posted the question. I even took a photo of the question and yet I never got assistance or a response other than the AI asking for more information. Furthermore, Chegg is charging me for service they are not providing. It’s like paying for Netflix, but you can’t watch anything. I will just stick with Chegg as a place to rent textbooks and never use their tutoring/homework problem assistant sector ever again. It’s quite sad, this platform used to be really good at connecting students with tutors and getting assistance or watch tutorials, but I’ll just stick now with ChatGPT or Khan Academy.

We had one purchase three years ago, Chegg continued to charge after we cancelled. We had to go to credit card to stop payment because we couldn’t get any response from Chegg. The credit card company blocked Chegg for 15 months. Chegg resubmitted charges again after that period and we have had to go back to credit card to stop payment. DO NOT buy from them.
