Ordering was simple, delivery was quick, garment was just what I was after, great range of items available

The product delivered (to the US) matched the product ordered and arrived within a reasonable time.

It was my first order from chemical records for any product, after a close friend had sworn by them for clothing and fantastic sales.

Despite there being a postage cost slapped on every product unless you're a big spender and can nab the free shipping, it was well worth the extra few £. Care is taking into the shipping as well as it being extremely quick. Which is always a bonus for people ordering from sites such as these. Reassuring you when ordering vinyl or other potentially 'easy to damage' items.

I think its well worth considering this place when deciding on where to buy from, even if it's a couple £ more expensive, the customer care and service is well worth it. No shoddy deals here.

Having used Chemical for a few years I've never been disappointed with their service. They've got a good range at competitive prices and the few times I've had any kind of issue they've been quick to resolve it. Definitely recommended.

I live in Wisconsin and had multiple records shipped overseas. The length of shipping time was completely acceptable, but when my records arrived every single one of them had a bent corner. This was due to the fact that they had been shipped in a PAPER envelope. Now I could expect this from an individual on Discogs trying to save a pound on shipping, but for a major distributor of underground records this is just unacceptable. Records are to be sent in BOXES, for protection.

Don't order from here if you live in the US and care about slip cover quality.

I highly recommend purchasing items from ChemicalUK.com because of their selection of clothing and the prices! This was my first time ordering a clothing item outside of the US and was a bit leery due to howl long I thought it would take my order to arrive. However, my order arrived a lot sooner that I had anticipated!! They even sent me a cool graphic 2014 calender as well.
