My records haven't arrived. They don't answer the phone or email. The sites down??
Don't know what's going on. Spoke to someone the day I ordered and all seemed fine.
Will have to look to getting a refund from my bank as it seems they have dissapeared. Which is a shame but they could have done it without cheating people

I have been ordering records and dj gear from chemical records for several years now all the way to Beirut, Lebanon and have always been satisfied with their products, service and shipping rates.

Brilliant can't fault this company!
I ordered a hoody for my son on a Sunday evening, didn't pay extra for quick delivery and it was here on the Tuesday. The hoodie is great quality and the payment process was quick and easy. Also received regular emails notifying on the packing and delivery process. Really can not fault this transaction from start to finish. Great customer service. Many thanks.

quick delivery but I think an improvement can be made for the packaging as I received the record in a soft package instead of a true cardboard (much stronger); hence the sleeve is a bit creased...
