I was overcharged for delivery

I was overcharged for delivery
My iten was €145 but with shipping was €250
I have tried emailing and cancelling but no response. I believe this is a shipping cost error

Beautiful clothes

Beautiful clothes although sizing not consistent. I was size 16 to 18 in one dress and 20 to 22 in the other. Good quality, special.

Oh dear Chesca - what's happened

The quality of the dresses was nowhere near as good as previous ones I've bought. Also sizes were between this and that and not definite size so they didn't fit. Then took far too long for return to be acknowledged and I had to repeatedly chase to find out what was happening. Clothes and customer services nowhere near as good as they used to be

Quick delivery of a beautiful garment…

Quick delivery of a beautiful garment despite the cost of delivery to Ireland. Unfortunately Brexit has made it difficult to import from the UK; many companies won’t export to Ireland any more because of the cost. Thankfully, despite the added costs, Chesca does. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful dress

Ordering was simple and it came beautifully boxed. The dress I ordered was absolutely beautiful. The material was soft. Unfortunately I am in between sizes so it didn’t fit but I would absolutely recommend to buy from here. Easy to return. I will definitely buy from here again. You get the quality you pay for.
