Your staff were very quick to answer my email regarding size. I found you very efficient regarding returns.

Prompt arrival of order. Nicely packaged. Navy dress was exactly what I wanted. “Plan B dress” was too big. Even if it had been the right size, the colour, length and style didn’t suit me so this dress, although beautiful, was returned.

Excellent service delivered very quickly and great quality merchandise

Just ordered 2. Sizes to be sure of fit. And am just parcelling one of them back for return. Love the Jacket!!!

Fantastic fashions! Lovely coordination of clothes, that extend the range of pieces to buy, which gives varied outfits to wear in different context. For example a dress and jacket, then same or contrasting trousers with same dress top with jacket from first outfit. Trousers then go with other colours and patterns from different ranges.
Have lovely comments and when I say I don’t know what to wear. Reply you have a fantastic wardrobe.
Some are full price, but with careful purchasing in the sale this abled my wardrobe to grow. Pieces seem to be timeless, colours trend setting.

I purchase a lot of Chesca from Austin’s Newton Abbot when I am at my sisters in Devon. I am not keen on online shopping but everything I have ordered has been perfect. All your clothes last forever and don’t date. My 80th birthday dress now 4 old is like new!!

Dress true to size and comfortable to wear. I especially liked the’V’ neck and cap sleeves. Good quality fabric used (not see through!)
I would like to see more dresses/blouses with’V’ neckline and short sleeves.
Delivery was prompt and within the timeframe given.

Lovely dress nice fabric and print unfortunately fit way too narrow on the shoulders didn't hang well.
I have some older dresses from Chesca which I've worn lots this one didnt work

Excellent service from this company. Garments arrived next day. Beautiful, but did not fit. Return was easy by Tracked Royal Mail, and refund received the following week.

Top class, speedy communication and every possible help offered - including finding me a garment in a size not available online. Returns made incredibly easy offering a "non-printer" version. Refund was quick too.
The whole shopping, selecting, trying and returning journey was made frictionless.
Am thrilled with my mother-of-the-bride outfit. I'll look great and be super comfortable at the same time!
