Great service from start to finish! Claire couldn’t have been more helpful when taking the order and Dave the delivery driver went above and beyond, to deliver the stone next to the house (with terrible access due to building work)

Brilliant service and top quality products!! Would 100% recommend.

Terrible customer service. No phonecalls back when promised and no interest in keeping me up to date with my delayed order. I waited months for my tiles and in the end got a refund.

Be warned.! They are the only supplier of Overland Silver Porcelain tiles with the following consequences.

If you require a half pallet, you will be charged £70 for splitting a pallet ( because of course, no other pallets were split before your order ! )
If you damage or require some extra stone after initial order, yes you guessed it £70 to split a pallet ( because of course, no other pallets were split before your order !
Just tell People, as you did me when I called you that you would charge the £70 damned fee regardless of whether there was a pallet already broken up or not.!
Profiteering as the only supplier of this material.
Look around at who supplies the stone you buy before deciding to buy off the only supplier of it.
Not all bad though, Porcelain is lovely and delivery is prompt.

Fobbed off to sub-contractor!

Ordered a delivery for a day I was going to be in to receive them. I came back from work 2 days before they were due to see said tiles delivered at front of my car on the drive. Front bumper had been dislodged and large scratch on front of car. Of couse this was nothing to do with the delivery despite the car being fine when I left that morning.

Made a complaint to Cheshire Sandstone who simply referred me to the delivery company. Their response was 'its your word against ours'! My contract was with Cheshire Sandstone not the errant sub-contractor but I was passed from pillar to post until they wore me down and I gave up.

Poor customer service, would avoid!

I ordered porcelain tiles from Cheshire sandstone having seen some of there tiles and they were recommend to me from my landscaper. They initially were very helpful was a quick delivery however I received the wrong colour of tiles. On the website it shows they stock brown, beige and grey in the type of tiles I had picked. When I opened the tiles as my landscaper was here ready to start the job. They were brown not grey which I ordered. I contacted the company to be told this was there grey tiles as it said it on the box. However there was not one bit of grey in these tiles I sent pictures to the company to prove they sent me the wrong ones. I was told the grey have brown elements in it. However it do NOT state this on the website and my tiles are identical to the brown ones online. I was then told it would cost me £240 to return these tiles. I returned them but asked if the manger could call me. I called every day to be told he will call he’s busy. A full week and no phone call. After a week I was lucky enough to get Sam on the phone. Was then told he would check the tiles that had been sent back to him and call me back 3 days later still no phone call and I have again called every day. Really bad costumer service and a horrible stressful experience I also had to take 2 days holiday for tiles to be picked up as when the driver arrived on the first day told me he did not have an electric fork to pick them up and would need to come back next day. So it’s been an expensive experience for me and my garden could not get started. Still awaiting the Manger to contact me and a refund. Do NOT use this company.

Purchaased in May. Products and delivery was good but be aware tht when you order online, they may try anad contact you for ID proof if the order is over certain amount. This caused delays in my order as they couldn't contact me (in work) so we lost a weekend. Not happy and pointed out this should be clear on the website

This is in response to your comments on my previous review. I want to apologise for my haste in writing a poor review. I totally agree with your response and agree it was entirely my fault for not adding the grout to my order. Whilst I do think £60
Is an absurd charge for delivering an item which costs less than that, it is something I should have borne in mind when ordering. I certainly do not wish to damage yours or any other small business in these times. My sincerest apologies. Nick

Cheshire stone were initially helpful, our order was placed and delivered promptly, however grout was missed off the order and they were unable to deliver or use a courier company to rectify their mistake

Terrible experience, had another persons flags delivered with no explanation, the next day the same order turned up again both have a different postcode on. Still no sign of our order although we were promised they would be here today. We still have someone else’s order sat on our drive, delayed all of our garden work and do not answer the phone. DO NOT purchase from here.

48 hours passed and no reply to request for availability of a prospective order.

As a company we use Cheshire sandstone for all our paving. They have great prices, customer service and the lead times are very quick. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent all-round service from telephone contact delivery driver to product quality.
Ordered 20m2 patio pack of Indian Sandstone and arrived with not one broken.

Sam was excellent answering any questions i had regarding the paving that was available. It was very important i had anti-slip. My order was delivered on time and the service received was fantastic.

Quality of materials are ok. But several slabs were broken upon delivery. We didn't know this until each slab was removed from the crate and was being put down for installation.
Also, customer service, via email and messenger, there Instagram and other social media pages are completely non existent.
No replies even after several messages and those messages being seen / read.

I give them a 2 out of 5. There are better companies out there with a far better customer service. They are quick to take your money, but after that, forget about it.

I dealt with this company in late April into early May 2020 during the pandemic but despite this there were still people on the end of the phone who were very helpful and even took a call over the weekend when they were not actually working! The prices are very competitive for what so far seems to be a quality product. We ordered the Sawn Mint Indian Sandstone.
Based on my experience I would deal with this company again and recommend them to friends/family.
