Without doubt the worst French company I have ever dealt with. Purchased a watch of my Wife's choice early July. Nothing delivered by mid August. Numerous calls later spoke to someone who blamed the August Holiday as fault. Eventually wrong watch delivered of inferior quality not wanted by my wife. Their eventually rude reply was you post it back then. Obviuolsy at my cost and no guarantee of a refund. Disgraceful Management.

I never had such a bad refund policy before...
Recently I had a really bad experience with them too (like others!).
I finally found the watch I have wanted for long time on their website so I ordered straight away! But unfortunately next day they informed me that it was actually out of stock and of course they issued a refund.
Refund came within 2 working days, which is not too bad at all, but...the amount they gave back to me was much shorter than I actually paid!!!!!
I understand a few pounds(I paid in £ and they refunded in euro)
difference due to exchange rate. But it was £40 difference and
this is not acceptable!!
Do I have to lose £40 for nothing??? Do I have to just accept their refund like this??!
I contacted customer service with an attachment as a proof but they said they refunded in full in euro and didn't do anything, no apologies at all either....
I strongly suggest that if your currency is not euro, check the stock first (some items are not up to date)!!! so you won't lose money for nothing like me!
Losing any money for nothing is the last thing I want so I won't even try to get anything from them again...

Very arrogant and rude staff.
They'll ignore you after taking money and won't refund. They'll only reply (with an arrogant message) if you make a complaint as if you've done something wrong.
If you're lucky, you can spend a month trying to track down the item by yourself. And they'll say it's been delivered. Otherwise, forget about receiving the item and the money you spent for.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED AND WATCH UNAVAILABLE??
I ORDERED A WATCH FROM THEM YESTERDAY AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK FOR THEM TO CONFIRM THAT THEY HAD IT IN STOCK? I PAID FOR THE WATCH, AND THE ORDER WAS ACCEPTED. TODAY, I RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THEM STATING: 'Following your resquest, this watch is unforntunatelu unvailable.' Horribly incorrect English and unprofessional behaviour.
I MEAN THEY HAVEN'T EVEN TALKED ABOUT REIMBURSEMENT IN THE EMAIL YET AND NOW THEY AREN'T REPLYING. I NEED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT

I find this very disappointing and I look forward for an amiable resolution.
Furthermore, on your site you advertise that the transport it is provided by DHL(this is a hyperlink directly to the command)
but in reality my command is handled by Cargus (this is a hyperlink directly to the command). I paid for this 13 € and I want it returned as I am not satisfied at all.
Also, please be informed that until now I wrote several emails to Cargus but no answer was received. I have attached them also here.
This is uncomfortable for me and I am really unsatisfied!

Order shipped within 24 hours with our carrier, DHL.
In some countries DHL has got a cooperation with a local carrier. In this case also in your country, that's why the package was handled by Cargus.
Online the customer can follow without problems the tracking.
Sometimes the delivery time can be a little bit longer as planned.
Please be a little bit more patient next time.

i had ordered a watch on 15th of july. the amount was taken from my bank account on 18th of july. Now they tell me the watch is not available.
now i am waiting for my remboursement. the service client extremely impolite!!!!! Now i fear they even want to rembourse or not.

What a joke! NOT recommended.
On April 28 I order a Seiko watch with the promised delivery within 7-10 work days + DHL delivery time (like 48 hours). The money was withdrawn from my account on May 2 already, so I assumed that the watch would arrive anytime soon. It is really unacceptable for a company in general to withdraw money before the order is shipped! For 2 weeks I heard nothing about my order, and even had to ask what was going on twice. All the company told me was that they needed more information from their supplier. So today on May 17, after waiting 20 days just for some information I got an email that said the watch was no longer available. So I waited 20 days for nothing and had the money out of my account for such a long time not knowing what was going on. This is completely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Now I certainly hope I will get my money back that has been out of my account since May 2..

Very long delivery time
I never thought that I actually should receive the watch. Got a lot of strange mails, but no real good info. But finally I got the right watch.
This is not the way to make an internet shop i 2016, we need real info.
