I was a bit dubious when chic time came up on a search for Festina watches as I thought it might be a site selling cheap replicas. I was reassured when I looked at other reviews so found a Festina watch
at a great price (F6836/4) and paid by credit card just in case of problems. Delivery took a few days to the UK, the tracking for the delivery (DPD) was excellent, the watch was well packed and the watch itself exceeded my expectations - it looks far more expensive than it is - like a Breitling at a fraction of the price, so ideal for sports but also good enough to wear every day. I'm impressed.

Placed and paid and order for Tommy Hilfiger Ladies Watch on 2 July. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my girlfriend. Today is 28 July, watch still didn't arrive. Birthday was 10 days ago - very embarrasing...

Promised delivery time was 6-10 business days. Today is already 18 working days, still no delivery. Yesterday I received 2 tracking codes - one from Fedex on my Chic Time website account (and is invalid).

Then they send me email that they shipped through French international Post, and today they say it was shipped through Colissimo.

Tracking on Colissimo says that the watch arrived on 20 July in Belgium, and Chic Time says they have send it on 24 July ?? And the best part is that my shipping adress is in Slovenia... Maybe it will arrive for next year's birthday.

I certainly will not ever ever ever buy on Chic Time again; I don't have enough time and patience...

Hello,

our shipping service told us, some problems with computer. Maybe your trackingnumber is wrong.
But your item was shipping. It must arrive in this week. Please wait.

The delivery was in time (actually, it was planned for Monday, but arrived on Friday), the product I bought exceed expectations!

I bought already 3 watches on this shop for a fair price. Thats the good part. Now comes the bad part:

The Guess watch had a broken strap still within guarantee period next to the clock. The leather came loose by just wearing it. I went to a retail guess store and they said this should be in guarantee.

I had to send the watch to another country (I'm from belgium) and this only costed me 17euro. Next to that when they received the watch they already send me an invoice for an extra 13euro just to send it and have a look at it!!! This already took 3weeks!!!

I payed the 13euro extra above the shipping costs so 30euro in total so they would have a look to it to repear it. Considdering that it would fall under guarantee. After another week i could not believe my eyes when i saw an email that i have to pay an extra 80€!!!!!!! To replace the strap!!!!!! This is pure Mafia and the best of all I'm a loyal customer!!!! Will contact them again that this is not done!

My goods still haven't arrived and you are now ignoring my messages!

Only thing that i could not get to work was tracking number. I just couldn't find where to but the tracking number. Maybe I am just stupid. :)

I ordered a watch but got the message that the product I ordered was not available anymore. I sent them the details to refund me and I am still waiting for them to either provide me with an answer or send me the refund, it's been 5 days now.
