Matthew has been great from the get go!
Matthew has been great from the get go, he keeps you updated throughout with payments, excursions etc. We had a slight issue with booking the hotel we wanted but Matthew was there to save the day! Great company... But Matthew makes it greater!

York Stag Do
Chilli sauce did all the work, subtle reminders every now and then about balances to pay and what activities/accommodation we were booked into and what was around us. Thoroughly helpful and easy to book through for a stag do.

Abstracted payment collection and booking
Chillisauce was great to use, it abstracted all the booking headaches that come with trying to organise a large party and the hours spent chacing everyone up for money to make a single big payment. As an attendee, it was very simple to just log in to the platform, see the details and make payments as and when I liked. Trying to arrange the large event we had without it would have been difficult to say the least!

My best man used this to organise my stag-do, and it made the whole process so simple for him with collecting money, finding a suitable hotel for our large group, and arranging our activities.

Plenty of Sauce in York
Attended a recent stag do organised by chillisauce and found it was great.Good clear communication between the organiser and chillisauce.A good hotel was found in York for the large group and the activity (quick cricket) was good fun in the rain.Would recommend this company to help organise your stag do/group.

The price started at £152 per person…
The price started at £152 per person and then steadily increased without notification and monies were automatically taken from our cards (price is now up to £327 by the way and could go higher?!). Whatever you do, do not use this company. The whole process makes it feel like a complete scam, so I was surprised that their score is reasonable on here. I haven't even gone on the stag do at this point, but I'm trying to work out if it's even worth it, or how I could go about getting my money back.

10/10 Experience!
For a 'meant to be' stressful job of being best man and planning a stag do, I can honestly say chillisauce and my event manager Daisy made it a stress free experience. Everything went to plan and the day was a 10/10 from all the lads. The experience with dealing with Daisy was 10/10. She planned it all based on my requirements and kept checking in on me to see if everything was okay. Honestly the service was first class. Thanks very much.

Really enjoyed each of the events and the accommodation for our hen party. As there were a lot of us in the group and not everyone was doing each event, it was really easy for everyone to know how much their share was and make payments.

What an incredible day
What an incredible day! The gorge experience in Cardiff was an absolute blast from start to finish. Our guide were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel completely safe and confident — even when tackling the trickier climbs and jumps.
The scenery was stunning, with crystal-clear water, waterfalls, and lush forest surroundings that made every moment feel like an adventure. We got to slide down rocks, jump into deep pools, and scramble up waterfalls — it was exhilarating!
It was the perfect mix of challenge and fun, and the team kept the energy high throughout. Whether you’re looking for an adrenaline rush or just a memorable outdoor activity with friends or family, this is definitely something you should try.
Highly recommend — 10/10 experience and something I’ll definitely do again!
