I keep coming back to Chinti & Parker…
I keep coming back to Chinti & Parker for my cashmere items, not least because the brand collaborations like Snoopy and Mr Men just strike a nostalgic chord with me that keep my inner child satisfied, but the fit, feel and quality is just reliable. Loving the Mr Men collab and my cardigan makes a nice change from the jumpers I usually go for. Items I want to take good care of and know that they'll last if I do.

Really impressed with the service provided.
Firstly: my order was sent via Royal Mail 24 about 30 hours after placing so I received it very quickly.
Secondly: they use very ecologically sound large brown paper mailing bags which are easily reused.
Thirdly: I bought a jumper in size L (difficult to know which size is right from one company to another) it arrived and was too big, the online returns process was very simple and fully trackable via Royal Mail and I was able to select an exchange rather than return wait for a refund then reorder in a smaller size.
It was delivered to their mailing hum quickly and 2 days later I received notification that the smaller size jumper was on its way to me and once again it was a very fast delivery.
