Chinti & Parker: excellent in every respect
Very impressed. Delivery extremely quick. Purchased 3 x wool/cashmere hats, all at sale price: brown, grey, beige. I love them! Nice and soft, high quality, great fit. Definitely recommend, based on this, my first, interaction. Happy.
Mostly, good, but irksome delivery & return charges.
I generally really like the produts and find them to be of great quality. I did however purchase two pairs of identical merino & cashmere joggers (in different colourways) very recently. Both great items, but despite being identical and the same size, one pair is over an inch shorter in the leg than the other. I thought I was going crazy, so I measured them, and yep, over an inch difference. Not great quality control!
Lastly, my recent order totalled over £360 and I still had to pay £5 for postage, PLUS another £5 to return two items that were too small. I think once you pass the £100 threshold, really, postage should be included to be more in line with other stores.
Great items, good price point, delivered in 2 days!

The jumper is pretty but itchy
The jumper is pretty but itchy. When I tried to contact them the mailbox was full. I contacted them about returning the item. Eventually I got info to send back but they are deducting £5 for return. That is outrageous.
Very bad company.
Returning an item, almost impossible
Liking the quality of Chinti and Parkers in the past. Order a cashmere sweater which was much too small when it arrived. Tried to set up a return on their return portal and it did not recognise the Order Number. Then tried to contact Customer Service, their mailbox was full, then attempted to send an email to the email address listed and the email address was not recognised. Extremely disappointing, will not be ordering from this company again
DO NOT SHOP WITH CHINTI & PARKER. Appaling Customer Service and do not refund returns
I tried to return an item within the 14 day policy, but their website refused to allow me to do this. On emailing them I was told I could only return within 3 days. This is completely in breach of UK Consumer Law and the returns policy stated on their website. In addition, these are expensive items and were sent in a flimsy used cheap jiffy bag with no adequate protection. This firm is a complete scam, do not buy from here - quality of goods and customer service does not match exorbitant prices.
Shocking customer service and order never received
I order a jumper for my mother for Christmas and didn’t receive and order confirmation via email despite providing it and receiving may promotional emails. This resulted in me being unaware that my parcel had been supposedly delivered until I contacted costumer services. When i was finally given an order conformation and a link to the delivery conformation from Evry, which suggested that my package had been delivered a week before. However, it had not been delivered but the picture of proof of deliver was of the parcel on the side of the driveway to my house, dispite there bing a foot path and pedestrian gate leafing to the door. So when I went to find my parcel on the side of the road it was gone as i had not been informed that it was being delivered. I understand that this is an issue with Evri the delivery company however my main issue is with the costumer service or Chinti & Parker as when i contacted them multiple times over the span of the following months the issues was always forwarded to the delivery company and no resolution attempted to be made by the Chinti costumer service. I have reached my limit of pointless emails and have still not been able to give my mother her Christmas present. This has been worsened by the fact the the phone number for the customer service at the bottom of the website is completely useless as on the many times i have tried to call it had been forwarded to voicemail and a full inbox. The customer service is appalling and any issues blamed on someone else. Do Not Order. As i received nothing and no suggestions of a refund or a replacement being sent just blame on someone else. I spent to much money on a this jumper to get this shocking level of customer service and lack of communication. I have been scammed and want my money back!!!!!!
DO NOT SHOP WITH CHINTI & PARKER
DO NOT SHOP WITH CHINTI & PARKER! I ordered a winter hat on Nov 19th, 2025. The item was ‘delayed due to shipping error’, by mid December I still hadn’t received it so I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. It is now mid January 2026 and I haven’t received a refund. This company just stole my money?! I’m shocked that a retail company can behave like this.
Disregard for the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Never received the item and Chinti and Parker failed to recognise the Consumer Rights Act asking me to chase Evri. These people are sharks
Lack of professionalism
Item was delivered quickly, but I had to return it due to sizing issues. The refund was processed promptly, but Klarna’s update is completely wrong, asking me to pay for something that was already deducted after the return. Oh yes, you will be hit with awful charges for both delivery and return (!), which made the whole experience even worse.
Despite several attempts to contact Chinti & Parker customer service, I received no meaningful response or cooperation. My final email, which clearly outlined the issue, was sent on 16 December and still hasn’t been addressed. I also called, but the call went straight to voicemail.
I am really upset and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care. This was my first and will absolutely be my last order with this company. They have shown no regard for resolving the issue or retaining customers.
Awful company.
Great quality items, too slow for refunds!
Order Number: GBP158069
The cashmere pieces are beautiful, but the refund process has been far too slow. I ordered several sizes and returned most of them, and although the returned items were received on the 29th November, I still haven’t had any update on my refund. Great products, but the refund delays really need improvement!
Incorrect sizing- don’t order online.
Ordered a dress online which stated to order a size down which I duly did. The dress arrived and it was absolutely enormous and swamped me- more like a size 18/20.Returned straight away and paid £5 to do so. I contacted customer services to complain that I didn’t see why I should pay for a return of an item which was patently incorrectly sized. They said they would review the information on their website- so don’t order the Queen of Hearts dress unless you want to camp in it.
Pretty annoyed to have spent £9.75 on postage.
Pretty annoyed to have spent £9.75 - £4.75 postage and £5 to return item, for the privilege of trying on a jumper I didn’t like! I don’t mind paying postage one way but I know a business pays less than an individual, I should have gone to the Kings Road shop for free!
Their knitwear is terrible quality
Their knitwear is terrible quality, avoid! I bought a wool & cashmere blend V neck jumper and trouser combo, and from the first wear they pilled and bobbled so badly, they are completely unwearable. I would wear the jumpers once and then find pills and little bobbles around the house for weeks afterwards. Total scam, buy your cashmere from Everlane instead - way better quality!
Very bad shopping experience
Very bad shopping experience. Ordered a white cardigan in May, arrived with black stains on it. It took custumor service several weeks to reply my questions about replacing it. Had to send it back eventually, but now, after two weeks they have received it in the warehouse, no confirmation, no refund, nothing. Really really disappointing, no Chinty&Parker for me ever again.
On the website it is offering 15%…
On the website it is offering 15% discount if you sign up with them. I bought two sweaters and at the payment option the 15% discount was not added!
I contacted them and was told they would add the discount but never did. Beware this discount is not available but they get your email sign up details. Very unfair.
Horrible quality 'cashmere'
Horrible quality 'cashmere' - feels so cheap, rough and itchy and way worse than my H&M cashmere at twice the price! Returned immediately and they charged a whopping £5 return fee. So shocked, I won't ever be shopping here again and almost my entire wardrobe is cashmere so they're missing out. Shameful.
Poor Quality Even Worse Customer Service
Bought some “Woodstock” embellished Woollen track pants and not inexpensive at all. Bobbled badly on first wearing therefore immediately looked worn and scruffy. Washed very badly - item stretched unbelievably (considering is wool). Took this up with customer services - not interested- only offer to send a de-bobbling brush (though admitted bobbling is a recognised problem). I asked for the customer service representative to ask “higher up” for some kind of recourse and heard absolutely nothing back. Very poor quality product and even worse quality customer service. I do not recommend. Ps: Have just tried to edit this review to add/upload photos to clearly demonstrate poor quality of item and (luckily for Chinti & Parker! ) have not been able to do so.
Sustainable packaging.
🙂Good comms and the clothing was nicely wrapped in tissue paper and despatched in a brown envelope. 🙁Disappointed the dress is made in China. I do like it, and I’m going to keep it, but probably won’t buy from them again.
