I Only wish I could give 0 stars. A month ago, I purchased a sprite musketeer from choice caravans for £8400, so not a cheap purchase. I drove 600 miles round trip to get it because it was the layout I was looking for and it all seemed ok and as it came with 3 months Warranty, I was told if anything needed replacing, that the parts would be sent to me. On getting it home, and looking around more, it was not valeted as it stated. The caravan was filthy. I found sanitary products in the bathroom, the carpets were black and there was a water stain on the cushion. It took a week just to clean it. I was angry about it at the time but thought never mind, it was only dirt. I took it away and then found the oven didn't work properly. It would light, but not stay lit at all. I called John at Choice caravans, but I keep getting fobbed off. I have left voicemails, but no response. I have since had to fix the blinds myself by buying parts off the internet and I will end up having to get someone else to fix the oven. I am extremely annoyed and would not have bought if I didn't think I had some warranty, even if it meant driving 600 miles to get things fixed. Everything that Choice caravans say on the website is lies. NO WARRANTY AND NO VALET AT ALL. All I can say is take your money elsewhere. DONT BUY FROM CHOICE CARAVANS.

Just bought our first caravan from Choice and we couldn't be happier. The van was exactly like the photos John sent us, no hidden surprises and everything works perfectly. Absolutely made up, thanks John for a very smooth transaction. Wont be going anywhere else in future.

Buying our third caravan from Choice caravans was highly enjoyable due to the professionalism and excellent service provided by John. Spoilt for choice due to the extensive range of caravans on offer, once we had made our decision, John guided us through the whole purchasing process with patience and care making it a quick and easy transaction. We drove 250 miles, the photos were exactly as shown, we were not disappointed on arrival and the caravans were just as expected, they were all in superb clean condition inside and out. We cannot rate Choice Caravans highly enough and would have given 11 out of 10 if we could. We would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend that if you are looking for a caravan try Choice Caravans first. A true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
