Happy with My tv cabinet
My tv cabinet arrived well packed and matches the description and photo. Great service. Only very minor issue is that I had to chase delivery rather then being proactively reached out to. But support were responsive when contacted.

Choice Furniture Store are the Best
Choice Furniture Store was the only store I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I absolutely love my display cabinet and the whole process was so easy. Communication was excellent and Choice Furniture Store is reliable. The cabinet was very well packaged, is of excellent quality and looks great. The follow up was a lovely touch.

Long waiting time
Quick response when placed order. Initial updates re delivery were frequent. Actual delivery team curtious and friendly. However, the delivery dates were not met. Had to contact twice to be updated. Took 8 weeks for item to arrive which was a lot longer than initial delivery date. Would not recommend based on long delivery time.

Delayed delivery, issues with refund
We have ordered a wardrobe on 12th April and delivery date was delayed and delayed again... Then, we decided to cancel the order beceause we have waited 3 months to receive the wardrobe. Now, we cancelled the order and our money was still not refunded after 3 weeks. They keep telling us to call the bank which I have never seen before. Usually the refunds should have been easy. This was the worst experience I have ever had in UK. I would definitely not recommend.

Poor quality furniture, not fit for purpose, customer service unwilling to resolve
I purchased 6 dining chairs in December 2025. There were initially problems with delivery in that it was rearranged multiple times as the chairs kept being delayed on their end. Once they arrived I was very happy with the look of them and the ease of assembly. I was slightly concerned at the quality as they seemed a bit flimsy however they did the job. 4 months later, 2 of the chairs (one in particular) has come loose and you can't screw it together properly, the seat wobbles on the base. I have tried to resolve but the screws won't tighten. I raised this to CFS who say the chairs are no longer made and that they have been heavily used so there is nothing they can do. The chairs have not been heavily used, they have been used for family dinners once a day. They suggest they have been bent from someone rocking on them. This is not the case and my previous almost identical chairs lasted over 6 years before we replaced (due to worn leather not the frame). The materials used here are clearly cheap and not fit for daily use. If you have a family and need furniture to last more than a few months with standard usage DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I am taking this case further as the furniture is not fit for purpose and they are unwilling to resolve.
EDIT - Your response suggests you have evidence of misuse, if having dinner sat at the table once a day is misuse then my point stands, people should not purchase from you. I will be in touch with Trading standards and will happily see you in court.

We have investigated your concerns thoroughly with the manufacturer, who has advised that, based on their assessment, the issues reported are not the result of a manufacturing defect and are instead consistent with damage occurring during use. On this basis, the warranty claim has been declined.
We appreciate that you disagree with this conclusion. As previously advised, should you wish to obtain an independent opinion, you are welcome to arrange an independent inspection to assess the chairs. We will, of course, consider the findings of any independent report provided.
Our position is based on the manufacturer's technical assessment, and we remain committed to resolving matters fairly and in line with the available evidence.
