We purchased a Rauch Winnipeg 181cm 4 Door Wardrobe with Mirror - Alpine White High Gloss and Halifax Oak.
The wardrobe arrived about 4 months late. Unfortunately there was no phone calls or contact to advise the reasons for delay. I had to contact the company each time to be advised that the wardrobe would take another month and then another month to arrive.

We have now been using the wardrobe for the past 2 month and can say it was NOT worth the wait. The wardrobe is flimsy, the drawers feel poor quality, with low quality materials causing them to shake and move whilst opening and closing them. The wardrobe doors slam shut with no soft close mechanism. Overall I’m massively disappointed in the quality and process from order to delivery.

Very impressed with the service from Choice Furniture Superstore. We bought a dining table in the sale and received regular email updates throughout. Customer Service was easy to get through to and very helpful.

Our order was delivered on a Sunday by two great delivery guys, and the table was easy to put together and looks fantastic. We even received a follow-up call today to make sure everything was okay.

A smooth purchase from start to finish. We ordered our dining table and received prompt confirmation and an estimated delivery date.
The date was then confirmed nearer the time (with an option to change). The table was delivered on the agreed day in the morning.
We were asked for confirmation of receipt of the table and if the product was okay. I explained we had to head off on holiday straight after delivery so were unable to unwrap and build the table. Tabshir, from customer service support was understanding of this and we agreed to email on our return from holiday . We assembled the table this weekend and we’re thrilled with the Actona Heaven 6 seater dining table. It was easy to assemble (two of us) but note the table top is very heavy!
Overall the communication, delivery , customer service & product is 100% and we would recommend highly .

Website was easy to use, great selection of items in stock, huge amount of choice. Item was an amazing price, as there was a sale & with free delivery. The sofa bed is really gorgeous, it looks fantastic & is amazingly comfortable. For a two seater sofa it is huge & easily fits four people. My daughter absolutely loves it. Straightforward payment section. Excellent delivery service, good communication via text messages from the delivery personnel, who arrived on time. The guys were friendly, courteous, polite & the most smartly dressed delivery crew i've ever seen. A brilliant, professional crew, what a great experience.

I am delighted with my new sideboard, tv unit and side table they are excellent quality at a great price. Good communication from CFS throughout from ordering to delivery. I have just ordered more furniture from this company as I’m so impressed with the service. The delivery man was great placing my furniture where I wanted it in my home.

Great value. Quick and easy to order and delivered on time in perfect condition. Very good communications throughout.

Online ordering was easy and communication was great with regular updates about delivery. It did take slightly longer than advised to arrive at their warehouse before they could deliver. But once it did arrive delivery to me was very quick. Good solid furniture and no problems. Nice to have a personal follow up after delivery to make sure everything was ok.

Despite the glowing reviews of this company we have to report that we have not been as successful in buying an item from this company. After being drawn to this product through a search seeking an pre-assembled cushion box, we confirmed by reading the details on the site that this product was assembled. The company had our money for over a month before the item was delivered. Imagine our horror when it was delivered that it was in a flat box obviously not pre-assembled, far from it. We will not be keeping it especially as it was very expensive and doesn't meet the description that we bought it in error about.

Excellent customer service, called a week before delivering to check time and date were convenient, then called again on the day of delivery. Delighted with the lovely side table.

Very good experience, was updated on delivery due date etc. all went according to plan.

The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was courteous and put the headboard where I asked. I was sent updates of when my headboard was expected in the warehouse and then the date of delivery and time frame. The headboard was delivered in perfect condition with plenty of packaging to protect it.

My delivery took longer than expected, but I was kept informed throughout. Delighted with my furniture.

From looking on the website to ringing to order to delivery everything was done very professionally and efficient. The company kept me informed on all delivery dates with regular emails. Everyone was very friendly if I rang to ask anything. Highly recommended.
