Very good customer service keeping me informed about product and delivery

Shocking customer service.

I purchased my entire bedroom furniture set from CFS — including my bed, bedside units and wardrobe. I have always purchased German brands because they are solid, reliable and built to last.

The fitting was an additional cost and, although I expected it to be completed by the manufacturers, the installation was carried out by CFS’s in-house fitters. The furniture was installed in December 2025 and was immediately faulty.

After countless emails, telephone calls, chasing and several further visits, it has taken eight months for parts to finally be ordered and some of the issues to be addressed. Two weeks waiting for their rubbish to be removed as they didn’t use half of the replacements.

To add insult to injury, I was offered £100 compensation for all the inconvenience, disruption and time spent chasing this matter — but only on the condition placed by Roman in an email that I remove my review.

CFS, you can keep the £100 and put it towards customer service training.

I would have far more respect for you if you simply took responsibility for the errors and the poor service, rather than attempting to buy the removal of a genuine customer review.

Eight months of disruption for a significant furniture purchase is completely unacceptable. I expected better from a company selling quality products, and the customer service has been deeply disappointing.

I have visited the shop and brought items from display, and came across a young gentleman called Ansel. He looked after me, and ensured everything was sorted. Would highly recommend

I received amazing customer service, especially from Ansel, he gave me really good and honest advice. My items have been delivered, delivery time was quick and delivery was handled with care. I would recommend visiting cfs especially if you get served by Ansel.

I came in the store and was greeted by a lovely gentleman Ansel, he provided me genuine good advice and made my shopping experience really easy, he was really informative and was the reason I had purchased the perfect table for my new home.

Found exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the price. Really lovely looking table that suits existing decor. Well made and sturdy.

I was kept up to date with the delivery and I was able to choose a delivery slot that suited me.

This is a good company. I did have a bit of delay with delivery on my order, however the communication from the company is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful when you call. Also there is no chatbot or AI actually people to speak to, highly recommend.

Needed to match a lamp table with a coffee table I had already purchased elsewhere. I found one exactly matching on cfs website at a reasonable price and regular updates on delivery. I was exceptionally appreciative of a follow up call to make sure all was in order. I would definitely buy from here again.

Absolutely fantastic service through out. Firstly got an email after I ordered to confirm a delivery date. On the actual delivery date I got a phone call from driver saying how long he’ll be. Item arrived safely inside my house inside a wooden crate. Opened it all up and it was packaged brilliantly. Really happy with delivery and service
