On time, fixed problem, no issues!!

My only experience is purchasing the home warranty.

Called a problem with clothes washer door latch on friday 08/21 and had the repairman at my home the next morning to analyze the problem, Fast service

Choice Warranty would not pay the cost of a new controller for my water heater, which was $500. You would only pay $300. Because of this, the plumber was going to order it online, which would take longer. By that point, we had already been without hot water for 5 days. That was totally unacceptable. I ended up paying the additional money just so we could have hot water. I was not happy.

Choice Home Warranty is always timely with repairs, & they have a follow up system that is 2nd to none, always keeping me informed every step along the way.

Account executive Melvin Alvarado was courteous and thorough in our discussion today about choosing Choice Home Warranty coverage. Melvin patiently answered all my questions & concerns about the waiting period, which items were covered, and detailed info on transferable coverage in the event I relocate, or choose to sell homestead and the option to transfer policy, to new owner. Me. Alvarado’s knowledge and due diligence helped me to elect coverage today without further delays. I had an electrical issue in our kitchen. It took eight days for Choice Warranty to get a technician scheduled. The technician was excellent and made the repair in an effective and efficient manner. Considering that we are in a large metropolitan area, I would have expected a technician to be found and scheduled quicker than what was provided.

Fan motor went out on ac, rep scheduled to come two weeks later with heat index 110, was told rep was in area before I got service from Choice, how can rep be in area if service scheduled for two weeks later, had to call another service rep--fan motor fixed that day on
Aug 20th, not the 27th.

The technician was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

A technician was contacted and arrived the next day. Thank you Choice Home Warranty for saving my having to call multiple technicians to repair our air conditioner.

The rep went over all my options and answered all my questions.

The agent that helped us sent out the claim quickly, so it was assigned to the contractor we requested. The a/c was fixed within one day.

Liars, Cheats, and have Service Providers that will show up a day or two after Choice Home Warranty has scheduled them. Do not recommend this company AT ALL!!!

Avoid Choice Warranty if you have an emergency. Their response time is too slow; my AC issue took three full days to fix after submission.

Watch the fine print! I have had two claims, one for a heating system and another for a refrigerator. After submitting the claims both were denied citing “read the small print”. I was a bit confused when the representative told me the wouldn’t cover because they were broken and worn due to use. Keep your money and watch YouTube.

Representive was professional and polite and did all that he could to solve the problem at hand.
