Identified suitable replacement seat
My toilet is about 18 years old so a legacy model. The seat needed replacing and I couldn't work out what model I had. I sent photos and measurements and Monday afternoon they came back with the model and a link to a compatible seat. I purchased it and the size was perfect, nearly the same as the original. Expensive for what it is but I wouldn't have found the right seat without them (ChatGPT completely failed).

Great service but fitting instructions could be improved
The website was really good for selecting the appropriate item (which is almost identical to the original) and the delivery was fast with good tracking. The only downside was that the fitting instructions were a bit limited. There was a QR code on the pack of fittings which didn't seem to work, but when I Googled the part number from the pack of fittings AI gave me instructions, particularly on removing the old seat where the back of the fittings were inaccessible.
