I WAS a regular customer. However they sent my order to a fictitious address that does not physically exist. They then argued I had entered this fictitious address as their system could not have possibly been at fault. Therefore they cannot help. So they have my money and I have no product. I will contact my bank accordingly and never use this unprofessional and uninformed of basic consumer law company again.

Choice Stationery supplies have been around for a long time and I have found that they have maintained their high standard of service and good quality throughout
the years.

Have been dealing with this company for many years. The quality of their products and their fantastic service means that I don't look anywhere else for my ink cartridges

Good to see current orders are being honoured.
However my £70 order Nov ‘22 has never been delivered.
Many emails and a phone call promised delivery, then nothing.
I gave them every chance as I purchased from them exclusively for years, but finally got refund promised.
It never arrived.
Today they told me about liquidation.
I asked why I was still receiving offers by email, they say Choice Stationary Supplies is owned by a new company.
I’ve been strung on for three months.
No ink.
No refund.
No loyalty.

It was easy to place my order over the phone and the delivery was faster than expected

Easy to find the item I wanted to buy & the online ordering was straight forward.

Order did not arrive asked for refund only gave me partial when complained they said it was error and it would be refunded in 5 to 10 days this happened twice on the 3rd time the said they had gone into administration and told me to do chargeback through my bank this was a good company that has gone bad AVOID

I've bought from Choice Stationery for 17 years or so, originally through my company then later on retirement as a private customer. They used to be the best in the business but product quality and customer service have sadly deteriorated. Nonetheless I gave them another chance, ordering a set of printer cartridges on 03.12.22. Email received on 6 December advised goods despatched but gave no details. Nothing received, queried delivery method on 23 & 29 December by email - no responses. Requested refund after New Year - no response to email. Phoned on 06 January to request refund and was told it had been processed as we spoke. Still no goods received and still awaiting refund 17 days later despite sending email reminders. Now disputing transaction through card provider. Needless to say, Choice has lost a long-standing previously loyal customer.

Placed an order 25/11/2022 for two inks. A month later I enquired as to when they would be arriving.
11/01/23 I enquired again as to when they would be arriving, and was told supply issues. So I cancelled the order.
No real apologies and I am still waiting for the money to be credited back to PayPal

This is (was) my go to place for replacement ink cartridges and has been for as long as I can remember. Tried to place an order, and they advertise as accepting AMEX, but payment won't go through and says this method of payment is no longer supported. I put everything on my AMERX and collect rewards, time to find a new ink supplier unfortunately.

Ordered set of cartridges They never arrived.
Cancelled order,received repayment.Closed account.

I have bought from Choice Stationery Supplies in the past and have always found them to be competitive with pricing and prompt with delivery. Their ‘substitute’ printer ink cartridges work equally as well as branded products.
My latest order however was delivered with an empty cartridge. I phoned Choice and with no quibble they said a replacement would be sent. It needed a prompting phone call to finally get the replacement delivered but it had taken the best part of a month before Choice redeemed themselves and I received the ink cartridge.
I would nevertheless rate Choice as very good and would recommend both their products and service.

My order was confirmed on 11th November, and my order was dispatched to a Parcel2Go locker on 14th November, it is now 30th November and my order is still sitting in the locker. On requesting a replacement order on 22nd November, to sent by Royal Mail I was advised they are unable to use Royal Mail due to their strikes effecting their deliveries and as the parcel has been dispatched they can't offer a replacement. My last correspondence from them was an email on 24th November advising they have raised a claim with the courier. I emailed them on again on 28th November requesting a replacement order be sent. No response.

Prompt delivery and good prices. I have used Choice for years across different printers and the ink has always been 1st class. No complaints at all.

Easy website to use. Well priced inks. Quick delivery.

Order placed on 13th November but has still not been received over 2 weeks later. Contacted the company who said it is on its way however the parcel tracking just states ‘dropped off’ and has done since the order was placed. Won’t be ordering from here again.
