I received a flimsy cardboard parcel containing inkjet printers and a metal File Box. The box is dented and the lid is twisted, it is unusable. It needs replacing but none of your information tells me how to report it and I do not have the time for a phone call.

I received an email confirming my order immediately after placing it, and it said I would receive an email when my order was dispatched. I still hadn't had a dispatch confirmation a week after placing my order so I emailed asking them to cancel it. I got no response to my email, however I did receive a dispatch email an hour later. No apology, nothing. I won't be using them again. Nine days is too long to wait for delivery!
