Do not use this company.

I have used this company for many years and have recommended numerous people to their site.
Unfortunately their customer service has now deteriorated to the point where I am unable to recommend them any more.
I ordered a set of six cartridges for my new printer, but two of the colours were not compatible and I therefore returned the full set (in their original packaging) for a refund.
They credited my credit card for two (incompatible) cartridges but not for the remaining four, which were obviously of no use to me. I therefore paid for six cartridges, was refunded for two and am out of pocket for the other four.
Do not use this company!

Choice Stationery by choice

I always use Choice Stationery for my printing ink, as I know from long experience that the quality and service is second to none. I'm not a big ink user, and although I haven't used the latest batch of Think Alternative cartridges yet, I don't worry about them not being fresh when I come to change them because they keep for ages.

Great Service

I have used this company for a good few years & my last order did not arrive complete, due to shortage of supplies. Though they were helpful & I got everything eventually. So in these times (pandemic) - they deserve respect for what they did. Great service.

Carts OK, shame about the flaky order processing.

I have found the carts ok and good value, but customer service😣. I have emailed twice and never received an answer. Last Saturday I ordered, went through Paypal, and confirmed the order, nothing. Did this twice, nothing. They don't work weekends. I emailed. Monday, no reply. Only got order processed and confirmed via chat. Wondering what next?

A terrific shopping experience

A terrific shopping experience. I ordered one day and the cartridges came the next day and I was back in business printing importing pictures.
A great company to deal with, good on yer Choices.
