Lamentably poor
Lamentably poor. I'm giving two stars rather than the minimal one simply because they did eventually get round to sending me the calculator I ordered. The website said they had 10 of the products available when I ordered, but it still took them three weeks to send it, and even then I first had to send a tetchy email asking where it was.
