I bought a pair of corduroy trousers. Quality was terrible (thin, man-made material with no substance), no labels, not at all like the picture. The pocket lining was folded over and sewn into the seam, so not wearable. I sent photos and a complaint (after eventually finding a contact address), getting an offer of half the cost (including postage) refund, or full refund if I paid return postage to China! Because the trousers were faulty, and I had sent photos to prove it, I persisted and eventually had a refund of about three-quarters of the full cost returned to paypal. Looking at the reviews I was one of the lucky ones. To avoid disappointment in terms of quality, and to avoid having to deal with the after sales team, avoid buying from this company.

I ordered a nice looking jacket off this site. £56.99 worth, what I recieved was nothing like my jacket and worth about 3 pounds. .awful....disgusting company avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, sent poor quality items and they were wrong as well.

I recently purchased a pair of Chelsea Martin mens boots. The pair I received are nothing at all like the pair displayed on the website. They are the worst quality and style I have ever seen. I would highly recommend NOT buying them!

Ordered 2 jackets with the intention of sending one back as I ordered two sizes. What you get is very very low quality imitation of the picture on the website from China. You cannot return anything and they do not respond. This is a scam. Wish I had read the reviews.

Don't touch this company!!! Save yourself the time, embarrassment and frustration. Ordered a jacket which did arrive but completely look and quality to that described. I didnt even take out of the bag and it was embarrassing to think I'd been so foolish. Tried to make contact regarding return in line with their instructions but guess what? No response and £56 down the drain. Avoid at all cost!!

Heavy weight working trousers proved to be paperweight and appallingly badly made. No returns policy and no identifiable person to contact. This company is appallingly. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible. Items not as depicted. Rude customer service and no returns policy. Have to send to China for £20! And the hoodie I bought was a made off tissue paper! Needles to say. I did not return. Pointless.

Cheap clothes. Paid 120 for two pairs of trousers. We’re like paper. Offered me a voucher of 20 pound to spend with them and I keep item😂 told them not good enough and then ignored my emails. Avoid avoid avoid. Just hope people read the reviews before purchasing. Wish I had

I was sent the wrong item but the company refuse to refund unless I cover the cost of return to a China address. Despite multiple emails there is no resolution. Avoid at all costs and do not even consider purchasing from them.

The jacket described as suitable for motorcycle and mountaineering was a poor constructed, shirt material garment with a zip crudely sown on top of the material. The emails on their website are invalid and their "contact us page" does not work.

Terrible company, wish I had found these reviews first. Ordered a yellow stone mans top that looked fantastic on the site. A cheap awful top arrived that you would wear to a fancy dress party. So far no details on how to send back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I ordered a great looking thick green corduroy casual jacket and received a similar design, thin corduroy shirt that looked nothing like the photos! No reply from customer services yet

I started to order a T shirt and then the shipping charge was extortionate so I attempted to go back a page and check, with the intention of cancelling. However rather than going back to edit my order payment was taken immediately.
The " contact us" options on the website go nowhere.

Terrible/Scam: Bought a pair of boots: Nothing like the images on the website: lower quality, different soles, different laces, no eyelets, no zip, does not even look like leather upper, different colour. No clear return information either - its as if they don't want their inferior products back...

Absolutely awful product, cheap, poor packaging, definitely wrong size. Do not use this company as they will fob you off saying to "keep the item as a present" and give you postage money. Absolute joke!

Ordered a t-shirt. Shipping fee was high but I really wanted the item. Completely different item arrived. Asked how to return and get a refund. Told I couldn’t get a refund until I returned the item (back to China!). Told them I wouldn’t pay to return. Eventually refunded item price but refused to refund shipping fee. It took me 56 replies to what appeared to be computer-generated stick emails before they finally got fed up of me and refunded shipping fee. Also got mistakenly sent an email to someone else’s similar situation. So it appears their possible business model may be to send wrong/inferior goods and make it so painful to refund that they keep your money. Allegedly.

Yeah, really should've looked on here first, absolute scam, ordered a jacket, got a shirt that looked similar, cheap crap from China
