Expect not to get what you ordered

For two years running now they have managed to screw up my order. The first year they claimed to be unable to supply the tree I ordered as they couldn't get to it (supplying trees is their main business, so I was surprised they couldn't get that right); this year they didn't have the size I ordered so sent a much shorter one.

In both cases I had ordered my tree many months in advance - common sense dictates they would arrange to reserve stock according to order dates, but instead they allocate according to delivery date, meaning those who want a tree later are almost guaranteed not to get what they wanted - and to be informed just the day before delivery. Absolutely shambolic - AVOID!
