I have sold my watch according to the purchaser and according to what I can see from the chrono24 interface. Says prepare for shipping. which I did but I have not received confirmation that the Chrono24 has received the money from the purchaser. I have messaged them 3 time but no reply. It has been two weeks now. Tried calling, it says something in Chinese (I think) which I can't understand. After holding for 2 and a half minutes it cuts off.

First watch bought on chrono24, the seller/store sent me a watch 7mm smaller than advertised. I didn't read the small letter of the "escrow- buyer prorection - return 14 days - bla bla bla" so now apparently I have to spend 200usd to return it. Out of my pocket. FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Never again.

The price of the item was moderately competitive compared to what was available on eBay. The difference lay in the fact that eBay sellers used DDP Incoterms when shipping the item. The Chrono24 seller did not, so I had to cover customs duties amounting to about 15% of the item's price.
