Good experience

I ordered a watch through them and had a great experience. They were transparent about extra costs (sales tax, duties, etc.) and the payment process was very smooth and easy. The item arrived (earlier than expected) well packaged and just as advertised. I would definitely do business with them again.

The watch was as descripted

The watch was as descripted. I wish it had all the papers, but did have warranty card. I also had to pay a hefty import fee as I got my watch from Japan, but worth it in the long run.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. I was buying my first watch of value to gift it to my partner for his 40th birthday. I found a gem of a watch, beautiful, in perfect condition, the seller was extremely helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I really want to thank him for his help.

Shop local, think global

With a broad sourcing base I was able to shop locally, speeding up delivery (like, next day), which was very exciting; it also meant no additional import duties, so no last minute sticker shock. The dealer I selected was straight up and people who know better than I said the same for Chrono24. I think C-24 is a great resource for fussy collectors as well as more general enthusiasts, like me.

Terrible experiance with Chrono24

I have sold my watch according to the purchaser and according to what I can see from the chrono24 interface. Says prepare for shipping. which I did but I have not received confirmation that the Chrono24 has received the money from the purchaser. I have messaged them 3 time but no reply. It has been two weeks now. Tried calling, it says something in Chinese (I think) which I can't understand. After holding for 2 and a half minutes it cuts off.
