​1 Star – Very disappointed with delayed service
​I paid 66€ to send a parcel with the promise that it would be delivered within one week. It has now been 9 days and it still hasn't arrived at the destination.
​Paying a premium price of 66€ for fast delivery and having it take much longer than promised shows a lack of respect for customers and their urgent situations. If a company charges this much and guarantees delivery within a specific timeframe, they need to stick to it. This is not a professional way to run a service or treat paying clients. I hope they address these delays and improve their customer reliability.

Two days ago, I was notified the parcel would be delivered on the same day. I stayed home for two days, no parcel. Today I had to go to the office and the parcel was delivered within one our of the email notification, leaving me no time to go back home. Now it is impossible to understand where it went (delivery point or back to the hub). The chatbot is completely useless. I was kept waiting twice on the phone for >20 minutes, then hung up upon. I didn't choose this company since it was the website I ordered from who picked it, but if I could I would never choose it.

Delivery driver has not delivered a parcel but we’ve had a text saying we did not give them the correct code. They never turned up! Which will be obvious from the tracking software, so i can only assume the company don’t check. Not the first time this has happened. Yet another poor service from Chronopost. If i could choose a delivery company, it wouldn’t be them.

The tracking was useless, I never received the SMS they claimed to have sent, and customer service was one of the worst I've experienced. They only spoke French and repeatedly hung up on me after I asked to speak to someone in English. I tried my best to communicate in French using a translator, but I received no help.
How an international logistics company can operate without English-speaking customer support is beyond me.
After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident. I certainly won't be using Chronopost again.

Sent a letter for 66 euros, from France to Switzerland. Should have been 24-48 Hrs. Arrived a week later. tried to call multiple times. Waited 20 min each time, onece the just hung up. O helpfull, they keep saying different department.... TERRIBLE! send it with regular mail it will be faster!

I have 2 orders pending for a month now . It is received by chronopost and that is the problem that I can't blame the seller. I called and messaged the chronopost team but all I get is this stupid Ai that repeats the same thing again and again and never let me talk to a real assistant

Worthwhile company with excellent attitude and speed of delivery.

we have 3 deliveries sat in Pau office for the past 5 days , notified of delivery 3 times nothing ever arrived. They now say the cartons are damaged...... and???? why dont they get in touch and explain......

Very fast delivery service

Email notification that my parcel would be delivered 16/7...my wife stayed in all day, it did not arrive!
A new email came on 17/7 saying it would be delivered between 1540hrs & 1640hrs. It did not arrive !!! It did however finally arrive later today. The story does not end there though. The driver reversed his heavy vehicle on my driveway to turn around despite there being a limited weight sign to protect drains etc.
He bend two of the drains and drove off !

From placing the order online, to pick up at the delivery point was incredibly quick. Excellent service.

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery experience. The delivery took far too long from the moment I placed my order, and trying to get help when there was a problem was incredibly frustrating. It was very difficult to reach customer service and get a clear answer.

My parcel was supposed to arrive today because it is a birthday gift for my husband, and we are travelling abroad tomorrow. I stayed home all day waiting and expecting the delivery. The tracking showed a failed delivery, even though I never heard a knock or received any attempt to contact me. Later, I was told the driver had taken a picture of my home, but I still did not receive the parcel.

I contacted DPD to try to find a solution and even offered to go and collect the parcel myself from the depot. They refused collection and also refused to arrange delivery on the same day, leaving me with no option.

This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I only wanted to make sure my husband received his gift on time, but the poor communication, long delivery time, and lack of support completely ruined that plan.

I expected much better service and customer care.

The best delivery company in Deauville, France! I sometimes have trouble finding the code since my French is not the best and they send it by sms or email depending where you buy.. and the delivery guy is so helpful and friendly.. he is the best!

I ordered a product at Darty on 01.07. It was collected by Chronopost on 02.07. and the first expected delivery date was on 03.07. Nothing happened. On 06.07. after my intervention on their hotline they promised to deliver my parcel on 07.07. Nothing happened again. On 08.07. they chenge the status to "your parcel is in delivery and will delivered today: on 08.07". Since then, the status remained the same, just the date has changed to 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th and finally 13th. I called them several times and the answer was always "we will call you back in 2 hours". They never did. Useless. Avoid if you can.
