FRAUD-!!!!…

I exchanged a Samsung Z fold 7 and recieved a completely different phone called honor. I was meant to get a call within 72 hours from the insurance team to resolve this and I haven’t recieved nothing at all. This is Fraud I will not allow you to take a phone worth 2,000 and you give me a honor (brand I’ve never heard of ) worth 500. This is absolutely crazy no attempt to rectify the situation

Whats the point of insurance

The fact that I had to pay £120 for a second hand phone, and I pay £11 pound a month for years.

Extremely poor service

Poor customer communication.
Numerous phone calls and misinformation. Delivery dates given and missed. Poor stock management and communication between departments When replacement made item received not working . Unable until the following day to rectify preordering another replacement as system down.
Process needs to be simplified. Next time will save monthly payments and pay for a replacement when needed. To date situation still unresolved awaiting 2nd replacement.
