From start to finish this was a very simple process. From the claim to receiving my replacement iPad was extremely quick. The whole process was very simple

They were not at all helpful

They were not at all helpful. The complaint was not solved because they didn’t have enough evidence to proof that I was told that I would get a new replacement phone by the EE store when I got the policy.
