Comme vous l'a expliqué le "Sales Manager" Salomon : "le modèle 2018 est exactement le même que celui de 2017. En effet, dans le milieu du ski, les produits sont souvent reconduits d’une année sur l’autre justement pour éviter que le consommateur se sente lésé d’avoir acheté un produit qui deviendrait obsolète 1 an après son achat."
Vous avez refusé de nous retourner la paire de peaux que vous jugez non-conformes, nous ne pouvons donc pas procéder à un remboursement de votre commande.

Fast delivery - the only problem wast that the anti-vol plastic thing was not removed from one of the items.. :-( But the shop reacted quickly and among apologies suggested solutions to the problem. Fair enough.
