I ordered 2 items. When the order was received one item was wrong. I immediately emailed them as no one answered their phone. The other item was a bracelet with a medal and I put it on and shortly there after, the medal fell off the bracelet. I immediately called because their website states you must let them know within 24 hours. The only way to get the phone answered was to hit the corresponding number on the phone to place a new order. That person told me to again email and send a phote of the damaged product which I promptly did. Still no response. This is very disheartening and they will never get my business again.

I ordered coins with scripture for an upcoming event. Received my order promptly and accurately. I will be ordering again!

I would give this company 0 stars. I ordered a portrait of Mary. Received an email that it was on back order and would maybe ship out in two to three weeks. Got am email a couple of weeks later asking about my satisfaction. I called their customer service line to tell them that I haven’t received my order. They tell me they show it as shipped and delivered. They say because they show it as delivered, they will neither re-ship or refund my money! Great way to do business! Great customer service! I have placed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general’s office. I’ll also be making a few social media posts regarding this company.
To be safe I WOUND NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Find another retailer.

I placed an order for 60 rosary boxes for gifts to our students who were getting confirmed. I needed them in 6 days so I paid $85.47 for an order of $107.40. I received an order that day indicating the order was placed. Three days later I received an email stating the item was not longer available. An hour later, I received an email saying it had shipped. What I didn't understand is that they shipped 11 or the 60 I had ordered and charged me 3 day air to receive them. The email did not say they only shipped 11 so I was confused. When I called them, they were closed and the following day it was closed. When I finally reached them, CS stated they could not refund my order that it had shipped and that I would have to pay shipping cost if I wanted to return them. I told them if I couldn't get 60 I couldn't use them but they didn't seem to care. If I wanted to return them, I would have to pay shipping. I then received the 11 rosary boxes with an invoice stating they charged me for 11 they sent (which came to $19.69) but charged me the full amount $85.67 for the 3 day air. I called them again, she said that what I received was not a receipt and that they were going to credit me portion of the shipping. It's been 6 days since placed the order and I have not received a refund. I'm still putting pressure on them to refund me and I'm stuck with 11 rosary boxes I can't use that were shipped 3 day air after I received an email stating my order was canceled. I will never do business with this company again.

Beautiful products, great variety and fast shipping. Their website is a little old and awkward but trust me it's worth it. You can't find any of these awesome things anywhere else at these prices (and fast shipping because they're in America not China [not that they're bad just slow and unreliable shipping from China] but these guys are in America and they're great.)

Ordered cross lapel pins with a specific receive by date request. Was notified by ChurchSupplier.com that they might not arrive in time and that I could cancel the order if I needed to do so. Kept the order and received the pins before the date I needed them. The pins were exactly as I was hoping they would be.

I received great service from Dawn. She went above and beyond to text me a picture of the item I wanted and received it within 5 days. Love the quality of the product and very happy with my purchase.

I ordered the Christian lollipops to fulfill my quantity qualifications. I received all of my order except the lollipops. I was charged with no explanation expressing if or when I may receive them. It has been over 6 months, still no response.

got everything i needed super quick and perfectly on time

As of right now I am giving church supplier only two stars... I am very disappointed. I purchased brooches about 3 months ago in April 2018, I called requested updates during these three months each time I was told that they should be sent out in about two weeks and to call again then. Today July 2018, I called for an update and for the first time have been told they were on back order. I still do not know or have a date of when they will be available. I need the items by August.... I don't know what to do if I don't get them by August. :( I haven't received any email updates either. Very disappointed!

I ordered my requested items on a Thursday and received them intact and promptly on a Saturday. Excellent service but a bit pricey on mailing costs!

Disappointed with the locket I bought.When I put the cap on the urn inside the locket it wouldn't fit.I called and asked if I could just get a urn for the locket and they told me I had to buy the whole locket again..I'm sure I've not been the only one this has happened to and it's a shame..I loved the locket oh and the customer service rep was not helpful almost rude.I will Not but from here and good luck if you do!

I ordered church welcome bags, I asked for a print on my bags upon receiving no imprint. I called CS and explained everything to her she than informed me that they don't do this.. my ? Why ask instructions for what you want very misleading. The lady said they sent out an email which I never recieved she said maybe it went to your junk mail what type of rude person would make that statement try calling my number ... if I had this info In advance I would have never placed this order... I hope my 48 dollars was worth the steal because I will never do business with you again and I will be letting all my social media friends know.

I purchased a unity chest and coins for my wedding ceremony. I saw pictures and it looked fine. When I opened the box it came in I thought "this has to be a joke". The chest and coins were the size of a toy. Literally the chest would fit perfect in barbies hand! They should put the size of the items. Never doing business herebagain.
