I’m a repeat purchaser of their garden furniture which I’ve generally found to be robust and fit for purpose. I don’t give a 6 star rating as this bench came with missing pieces which I had to wait to be delivered again. Which they were and we can now use the item as intended.

Had a Four seasons garden room with decking and an Antoinette garden swing delivered and installed. The installer Ian was so professional, I thought he would have somebody working with him. The quality of the products was very good , Finished off properly with a light sanding. Would definitely use this company again, Nearly forgot the sales director Pete, Very knowledgeable on products and went the extra mile to keep us updated on all aspects. The delivery team kept me updated on delivery days with email and phone calls.

I had a vision and Churnet Valley Garden Furniture made it into reality!!!! I approached the planning team, shall we say with a "very rough" idea of a Play Cottage. The team were absolutely fabulous, they offered their expertise and recommendations,I'm super impressed by their commitment and undoubtedly, going that extra mile or ten!!! The product itself is of the highest of qualities on the market,( none of this pre-made rubbish,where the holes don't correspond etc etc). It is stunning and unquestionably constructed for longevity. Communication throughout was first class. Delivery was prompt and efficient,despite me not having a favourable entrance route to our garden,it was both speedy and professional, cheers guys!! I'd like to add a very personal thank you to you Pete, you've made my little boy a beyond perfect sanctuary,he now has his own "little piece of paradise",which he will inevitably spend hours of pleasure in. Great service, good quality shed, delivered in 8 weeks as we requested as our garden wasn't ready straight away. James & Damo were brilliant, really polite, great with our dog who loved them haha & the shed was up in no time. Would recommend this company 👌

Excellent product that arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. Relatively easy to assemble. Requires pre-drilling holes to attach the legs and support struts.

Also, bought a Churnet Valley wood store and 2 seater arbour supplied via Oak World. Both items excellent value - sturdy construction and easy assembly. Would recommend. These are not the cheaper, flimsy garden furniture items that are advertised.

Great quality garden furniture and planters. My back garden is now complete with Churnet Valley chairs, table and wooden planters.

Good quality but surprised there were open slats in the base. Delivery could have been better as it was left on a pallette in the middle of the driveway.Pallette could not be taken away apparently so now we have to somehow break it up and dispose of it. It isn't useful to anyone as painted bright blue and broken in places.

Excellent quality timber delivered in the company’s own vans. Couldn’t find round-edged timber anywhere else. Johnathan the driver was super helpful too. Thanks!
