Very poor quality and unethical return policy

This is my second time ordering from Cicinia. I needed a dress for my brothers wedding. This company is very affordable, has fast shipping, great customer service. The dress exceeded my expectations.

The dress was awful. The lace isn't even the same! The arms were not removable as advertised, the seam around the waist was exposed unlike the photos and the vneck was a different shape.

I ordered it 1 size below my measurements and it was still too big!

They are refusing a refund because they don't see the issue or I can buy another. Against the refund policy and the law!

Will be posting this review on every platform and cancelling my other order for a suit.

I never complain. But i'm literally crying because they customer service team have been so unhelpful. I had simply asked to swap for a size below and ignore the other major faults.

Delivery exceeded expectations. Garment was made to fit and fabric didn’t wrinkle and allowed spot cleaning. I would project a repeat sale, but I would like to wear this outfit again.

I was assured Mother of the Bride outfit would be done in time.

It as not.

I had to scramble to order from Amazon, which did come through, but not at all what we wanted.

I never received verification that my $ was refunded to me.
At this point because I got hacked and had all my cards closed , I would like a check, mailed to ;

Dress not as described. Returns too difficult and expensive. Still waiting on the partial refund which is all I could get…if I get it!

The dress didn’t fit and it was too confusing, expensive to return. So I’m left with a dress I can’t wear!

I looked for months for semi formal pants for my mother of the groom outfit. When I saw the Cicinia outfit, I knew it was the one by its style but had never heard of the company. When I discovered it was in China, I worried about how long it would take to ship and also quality because of the low cost. But the reviews were very good so I took a chance. I was blown away by the accurate color, the quality of the fabric. I ordered a size 14 hoping I’d have room and comfort while wearing it. I’m 5’6” so I thought I might have to hem it. When I tried it all on together, it fit like a glove and I was so happy with everything. I didn’t have to change one thing. I didn’t wear the flower pin and was glad I didn’t have to. It didn’t look the same as the picture and had feathers and sparkles which I didn’t care for. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. It only took a little over a week to arrive. I ordered the sage green pants with sleeveless top and chiffon flowy jacket with same color flower pin.

My first purchase was the wrong size. They gave help to obtain the correct size .

Read their return policy. The problem is that you have to mail it to China which costs almost $80 from America. They will try to talk you into keeping it and give you a small refund. Customer service will email you only once a day. It is not worth the trouble. Find another company.

I paid £150 for a dress that never arrived.
I have contacted the customer service team who’ve said they delivered the dress to the UK but it never arrived. They refused to give me a refund or tell me where the dress is.

The dress is custom size. It fits well although I would like it a little loose. The patern on the lace material is pretty. The only thing I am not happy with is the color of dress. The color in the website photo is misleading. I liked the colour of the when I first saw it but the actual colour is different.

The dress was exactly what I wanted, color, fit everything all I needed to do was shorten a bit. It was a success at my son's wedding.

I bought a dress from cincinia ,they made it for me. They sent me a dress that was a different dress, made from different material and a different pattern. But they won’t change it or give me my money back.

The fabric is heavy and doesn’t wear nice. I don’t recommend purchasing any dresses from this company. It was way too expensive for the level of quality.

Do NOT order from them!! They say they will give you a 90% return amount-NOT true! They harass you and tell you to sell it yourself because they end up only giving you about 40% return back. They are located in China and not the UK. It is impossible to return anything so beware.

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase! The dress is even more beautiful in person – the quality of the fabric and workmanship is outstanding, with every detail finished perfectly. The fit is exactly as described, and it feels elegant and well-made.

I was also very impressed with the fast shipping – my order arrived in South Africa much quicker than expected, safely packaged and in excellent condition.

Highly recommend Cicinia for their excellent service, quality products, and efficiency. I will definitely order again! 💖

I would not recommend Cicinia, their clothes look amazing online, and they seem to be a UK company. They are NOT. They are in China, which isnt bad in my opinion, but once the items are shipped, they do not care about the customer. My clothing had ill fitting pants, and the beading was already coming apart when I opened it. I said I wanted to return it, and was told that I would have to pay to ship it back to China, and that there would be a restocking fee as well. Do not deal with this company.

I was unsure of my size so I ordered two different sizes planning on returning one. Big mistake. I was told to keep the wrong size and sell it domestically - they offered 25% refund. I argued and finally accepted a 50% refund. The outfit I ordered was nice - just don’t plan on returning anything!

Customer service was excellent.
