My pant suit for my granddaughter‘s wedding came in today. I tried it on. You guys did great with the measurements and I absolutely love it. It was a little difficult for me at first to order something online and give my measurements and I truly can’t believe how great it turned out. Thank you so much

Be very careful if you need to return anything. I’m stuck with a $200 pants suit which is way to big and I can’t return it as it’s over 14 days ! I wish I’d realized the return period was so short! I had to buy another outfit for my sons wedding - so disappointing

The outfit I ordered was for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding reception. It was well made and fit perfectly. My only issue was choosing a color from the many beautiful choices available. I expect to attend at least two more weddings and will choose outfits from Cicinia. Thank you.

I received so many compliments on my suit. Can’t wait to see the wedding pictures. One person said “you look ravishing”. Actually, I felt ravishing!!!! Thank you Cicinia!!!

I normally wear a size 4 or 6. I ordered a dress in a size 6, thinking if it was too big I could get it altered. Dress was a weird fit - very tight around the ribs, unable to zip. Since the dress arrived in the size I ordered I could only get a partial return which was barely more than the shipping cost back to China. I ended up keeping the dress and getting a $25 return on a $100 dress

The problem is you advertise that you can order multiple dresses but what you don’t say is if you return them you lose about 80% of you money

Ordered an outfit for my mother (to attend my brother’s wedding). Cicinia was absolutely great about sending multiple color samples. Once a package was sent to an incorrect address, through email this issue was cleared up quickly. When it came time to order the outfit based on mom’s measurements I was very nervous and even ordered a back up out fit to alter in case it didn’t fit. The company ensured me the outfit would fit and no back up was needed. So, I went with ordering one (they refunded my money for the other outfit). When it arrived my mother was more than pleased (which is a hard mark to hit!). It fit perfectly and she felt very well dressed at the wedding!! Home run hit💗

I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress in May, 2025. I received a wrong order from another company. I was able to work with the company by sending them a picture of my mailing label & the wrong order. I did receive my dress and pleased with it. I appreciated the company's effort to get me my dress

The dress is wonderfully made and true to the color pictured. It was a little too long (my fault for that) but comfortable and easy to move in. I ordered the chiffon style as a bridesmaid dress and bride approved! I would definitely order again for a future classy event.

Beautiful dress! Very well made, perfect fit, and fast shipping. This was our second time ordering a prom dress from Cicinia. They do not disappoint! Very classy, and the dress looks like it cost so much more than we paid! 100% recommend!

Has anyone actually gotten their money back when trying to return?
The website says easy returns, but this is NOT true. Don’t order from this company if you want to get your money back. They make the return process extremely difficult. I have a brand new dress with tags still on and it did not fit. They want me to ship the dress back to China even though it shipped to me from a location in the US. They at first tried to talk me into just getting it altered and then offered to pay only 40% of my money back and told me to try to sell it myself to get the rest of the money back. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous thing. I would NEVER buy from this company again!

They make you jump through hoops to do a return. With online shopping returns need to be easy since you can’t try anything on. Go elsewhere. They’re difficult to work with.

So happy with my dress. The color was perfect, very well made and fit beautifully. They even customized the style a bit to suit me better. Amber did a great job of communicating by email to ensure everything was correct. Things I recommend: order color swatches ahead of time to make sure you have the perfect color. Make measurements slightly looser to ensure that it is not too tight.

This company does NOT have a return policy. I ordered a dress, did all the measurments and used the size chart but the dress was not made to size. The dress itself cost about $75. This is what I finally recieved as an answer after going back and forth for over a week in regaurds to how can I return this dress, never worn with tags still attached.

From our return policy, if the issue is not caused by us, you need to pay the shipping fee and we will charge a 10% restocking fee.
Becuase our clothes are not stock, all clothes are made according to customers' order. Hope you can understand!
Because our items are made in China, return shipping is not cheap and there is a tax charge now. Returning the set will cost you about $40-50.
If your time is enough, we can make a new bigger clothes for you. Your only need to pay extra $50. The $50 is not the clothes fee, is rush shipping fee. Do you think it's okay?
Or are you considering the 25% refund and sell the clothes locally?

Ordering from this company is a waste of money and I will never buy anything from them again.

The custom measurements worked perfect. The team asked for some modifications right away and I re measured and sent those over. My mother loved the fit of her dress. She looked amazing for her grandsons wedding. Great quality as well. Very happy

The item was not true to the picture. When I looked for the return policy, it guided me to email for instructions to return and I emailed twice and never had a response. Meanwhile, I spent a significant amount of money and have an item that I cannot wear. Extremely disappointed with the customer service

I’m a bit worried have not received a tracking and ordered 5days ago uk shipping says 5days . Is this even going to arrive ? Is this a genuine site as I don’t even have tracking ???
